The room was clean, the place was nice. The staff, the WHOLE staff, they were so unwilling to accomodate you. Most of them do not speak English, so it's hard to communicate just to get a table at a restaurant, or a cab with Concierge, let alone to ask any questions. I would visit Okinawa again, but I wouldn't stay here. SO not worth the price tag.

The pools and the beach were amazing. The hotel was extremely clean and the dining options were good. Staff were super friendly. The dining is a little pricey but that’s expected at a resort.

Best hotel in Okinawa

Absolutely outstanding hotel, staff are excellent and cannot do enough to assist and compliment your stay. Area around hotel is quiet and very scenic. Restaurants are second to none with gourmet class food. Okinawa is paradise on earth with plenty of worthwhile excursions in the local area.

We returned to this place after a wonderful experience last year. This time the stay was epic, with special recognition of impeccable, kind and caring service from Miki at the front desk. Entering the door and being welcomed by professional service from Miki was memorable. The hotel is lucky having her on staff.

Hotel property with high quality finish and 3 great pools. Let down by the small beach and limited operating hours (pool only operated from 9am to 7pm), should really open at 6am or 7am so that can get some pool time before breakfast and stay open at night as the lighted pools are quite nice.
