Clean and convenient hotel. It will be good if can provide extra pillows. The aircon is stimes warm and cool, not too sure why. Overall a good stay, will consider staying here again.

Very bad check-in experience

It was self check-in. Requested me to use the confirmation number or name or phone number. I tried but all failed. For my name, it includes "-"; however, the input system has no "-" for input. For phone number, as the foreigner, I tried my phone number, but the system continued to say "Found no reservation." For the confirmation number, Hotels.com only sent me the Hotels.com itinerary, while Kariyushi only sent me the assess code of the front gate. How can I check in? Then I called for help, but the help desk just wanted me to call Hotels.com but wanted to help me solve the issue.

那覇バスターミナルの裏手にあり、とても便利な立地です。夜便で沖縄に到着したので、その日はこのホテルに宿泊し、翌日近くのレンタカー屋でレンタカーを借りましたがとても便利でした。旭橋駅や国際通りも近く、移動や買い物飲食等何も困りません。トリプルの部屋だったので少し狭さは感じましたが、部屋や風呂場は清潔で快適です。フロントは無人でタブレット入力でチェックインアウトを操作するので、そういうのに慣れていれば何も問題ありません。
