The room had stains on all on the ceilings and walls. There was a very strong odor in the room prior to me arriving to the room. The bed cover had many holes in it and smelled bad as well as the bed sheets. The walls of the room had a lot of visible damage to them.

They did ask for a $20 cash deposit that isn’t mentioned here. But they allowed me to check in early and the room was extremely clean and had new furniture and carpet.

Camera attached to the TV, someone tried opening the door all night, banging from next door and upstairs, people hollering up and down the halls all night. Staff got the front office locked down, you have to call to find someone. Beds are hard as stone.

2 small complaints.... The pillows are completely flat.. went to Kohl's to buy one so will keep in my car to use .. this hotel is very nice and clean... There was a family above me with kids that ran around for hours... 4am to 5am.. and all day Saturday...
