Research all options before booking

The check in was simple and quick, had to pay extra for an early check in. At the point of check in I had just drove 24 hours from California, so my first want was a shower and to rest before my second leg. The shower had hair on the wall and in the tub, I looked for wash cloths and there was none, so I went to housekeeping and they basically told me they didn’t have any. They had some cut up what looked like rags, different size, shape and condition of the body towels. They expected us to use a hand towel that’s like 4 times to large to use to wash our body. The water pressure was absolutely abysmal and the tub didn’t drain. So after all that I got to stand in my soapy, dirty water while I’m getting out of the tub.

Front desk was horrible the guy didn’t care about the customers he was more into his computer. Came back to tell him the coffee machine in my room was missing the dish to put the coffee and he didn’t do nothing to help, he said there was coffee in the lobby and it was cold I told him and he didn’t care. Following morning there was a cockroach climbing the fridge we were leaving so I didn’t even bother saying anything, it was the same guy in the front desk…… the only good thing was breakfast. Never staying here again.
