Quiet position. Equipped private garden (90 m2) with sea view. From the first floor access to private equipped patio of 12 m2 and from the double room has direct access to the garden. Large roof terrace in common with two neighboring apartments. Private and shaded parking. Distances: 1 km Golf of Marinella (grocery stores, windsurf rental and jetty), 4 km from Porto Rotondo (tennis, diving center, boat rental), 10 km Golfo Aranci, 12 km Olbia (port and airport), 15 km Pevero Golf Club, 25 km Porto Cervo.

A wonderful view of the sea.

Very nicely located. Has everything you need except maybe wifi, but mobile signal is very good. No dishwasher, but wasn't a problem for us. Very helpful and friendly lady was there to meet us.
