The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the living area, furnished with a dining table, sofas, a television and a French window overlooking the highlight of the house: the large terrace furnished with a relax area and dining table, surrounded by hedges to preserve the privacy of the guest, and where guests can spend time outdoors. The kitchen, complete with refrigerator, oven and all the necessary cooking tools.The sleeping area is divided into two rooms, both with a queen-size bed. Two bathrooms with shower, one en suite, complete the layout.

The jewel in the crown of the Gallura region, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most fashionable places in Sardinia and all of Italy. In fact, it is the holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the structures developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that stretches from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, but art and architecture are also of paramount importance to this Venice-inspired resort, whose houses with flower-decked terraces overlook the picturesque alleyways leading to Piazzetta San Marco.

Porto Rotondo is a place for everyone to discover by walking, cycling, boating, savouring local specialities in the excellent restaurants, enjoying an aperitif in front of the sunset over the harbour or dancing in the elegant nightclubs, or shopping in the exclusive boutiques, jewellers or craft shops along the characteristic alleys.

Surrounded by beaches with crystal-clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind, it is also an excellent location for visiting the wonders of the Costa Smeralda. Nearby attractions include Capriccioli beach, the Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Liscia Ruja, Principe beach and Rena Bianca.
