The property consists of four bedrooms, a spacious living area with a large fireplace, kitchen, two bathrooms, storage room, and a large outdoor veranda overlooking a private garden of about 1000 square meters, with private parking spaces. The furnishings are in classic style and the bedrooms are equipped with everything you need; a travel cot for children is also available. The living area has a large table for eight people, while the outdoor veranda is equipped with tables for eight guests.
The beach is easily reachable on foot and is less than 150 meters from the villa. The house and garden are fully accessible and usable, offering you the chance to spend a holiday in complete relaxation. The villa is particularly suitable for families, thanks to the large independent grounds and proximity to the sea.
A tourist tax must be paid to the municipality of Olbia, to be paid for each guest for a maximum of 7 days.
