It is only 1 km away. from San Pantaleo, the only "real" town on the Costa Smeralda, and a few km. from the most enchanting beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.
The house is a 30 sq m studio apartment. Well furnished and complete with everything. It has 1 bathroom with shower, 3 beds + folding cot, kitchen, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes and dishes in quantity
San Pantaleo is a meeting point at night ... and a starting point in the morning to visit the rich surroundings on the sea / beaches side or to visit the gentle Gallura countryside and visit the villages of the interior.
Here you can spend your holidays in total tranquility and well-being, no noise, no cars, no neighbors, no pollution. With the advantage of having beaches and beautiful places around you. Perfetto per chi vuole relax e gentilezza
La casa è immersa in un parco naturale, una vera oasi di pace e tranquillità. L'host Vincenzo è super gentile e discreto, sempre pronto a dispensare consigli ed informazioni. A solo 1 minuto di macchina è possibile raggiungere San Pantaleo, un vero paese gioiello, e a circa 20 minuti si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge di Porto Rotondo e Porto Cervo. Consiglio per chi ama visitare le bellezze della Sardegna ma anche godersi un po' di meritato relax. Consigliatissimo!
