Frederiko and Francesca could not have made us more welcome. They run and beautiful oasis away from the main hubs of Obia and Porto Rotondo but although peaceful it is not isolating and within easy access of all the normal amenities, loads of walks, beaches and small villages. Anastasia is a lively property, loads of space, great pool and enough separation of the various rooms to make all feel very individual. Aside from the normal breakfast, we had dinner twice there, each time is was really top quality, fresh fish, locally caught and expertly prepared. Francesca prepared equally outstanding deserts, all with a little Italian flair. I could not rate this place enough and we will certainly return.

Beautiful guest house with great food!

Villa Anastasia was wonderful! We stayed two nights in a lovely large family room - perfect for a family of 4. The pool area is beautiful with good quality sunbeds and a great infinity pool! Our favourite part about this place was the fabulous food. Breakfast was a delight and dinner was even better! You order a day in advance as the guest house is very small, we ordered the mixed fish grill and it was delicious!!! It might be important to note that the guest house is slightly out of any town or village so restaurants are not a walkable distance - not an issue for us due to the great food served at the Villa Anastasia! We would highly recommend Villa Anastasia as a great base to explore the Costa Smeralda! :-)

Villa Anastasia le paradis dans le paradis. Un séjour inoubliable tout était parfait et en prime la gentillesse et la disponibilité de nos hôtes Federico et Francesca. Je conseille fortement vous ne pouvez pas être déçu. Endroit calme ou il y fait bon se reposer au bord de la piscine avec une magnifique vue sur Porto cervo et à l'écart de la circulation intense en cette période. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

Absolutely a 5-star experience. Beautiful guesthouse villa in a hilly countryside overlooking the bay of Porto Rotondo. Elegant stone house and rooms covering your needs. Access to lovely swimming pool. Attentive breakfast and dinner service from the couple hosting a maximum of 15 guests.

Posizione fantastica e tranquilla…in collina in mezzo alla natura, strategica…in pochi minuti di auto raggiungi le più belle spiagge dei dintorni. Struttura pulitissima e ben curata, camere molto spaziose e pulitissime. I proprietari Federico e Francesca sono disponibilissimi è molto cordiali e accoglienti. Offrono un servizio di ristorante solo per gli ospiti davvero eccezionale, cibo fresco e di qualità. Struttura da 5 stelle piene per tutti i servizi.

Un vrai trésor dans un écrin de verdure avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de porto rotondo. L’accueil des propriétaires est délicieux et chaleureux, comme la cuisine de Francesca, authentique et très réussie. l’appartement est confortable et au calme.
