During check in our card was charged for the entire 3 night stay instead of just for incidental even though we pre-paid through Expedia prior. That put us in the negative, was chaged an overdraft fee and took days for them to put the money back, super frustrating.
There is no bathroom on the 1st floor for guest to use. Whe asked of there was a restroom durwhile eating breakfast the front desk later was rude and stated "its for employees only" she allowed my elderly mother to use it and snapped at her saying "make sure you lock it when you're done".
There is no elevator in this hotel, only stairs.
The hot tub area is enclosed, no ventilation and the chlorine was really strong. It was rough to breath in, eyes burning and the window would not even crack, appeared to be rusted shut. We opended the door to that area and the main door to the the gym just to get a little air floor. Couldnt stay long our eyes couldnt take the chemicals.
