Check in was easy, fresh warm cookie at check-in was a nice touch. Staff was really nice, attentive. My only issue is that we checked out yesterday and we're still waiting to see a detailed bill emailed to us. As we had some drinks at the bar several days, I like to see what exactly was charged to our card.

It was disappointing that the two week long stays the laundry facilities were not working and there was no options. I don't drive so walking with laundry to another place to do laundry for 2 - 3 weeks wasn't an option.
