It was a perfectly nice stay except for the fact that they put us in a wheelchair accessible room which meant that the water from the shower wound up all over the bathroom floor which there was no getting around in the bathroom and was hard not to slip on. I wish they’d let us know or given us the option otherwise, or a much bigger bath mat. The attendant lady at the desk was very nice and the bed was super comfortable!

Well better than staying in the car

The overall condition of the hotel needs some work. The room we stayed in looked as though there might have been beavers in there before with lots of two marks on the table. There is a huge hole in the curtain and the bathroom light didn't work. Breakfast was pretty good though.

The clerk had been having a late night chat with another guest which was great, glad they were getting along. However, the clerk would not discourage them from hovering uncomfortably close while we were trying to check in. In the room, first noticed the toilet running nonstop. Then the air coming from the heater smelled like it had previously been in a smoking room despite being in a nonsmoking room. It also made an incessant clicking noise every few seconds after it would start up like it couldn’t decide if it wanted to turn on or not. Might be the first hotel I’ve stayed at where I was more tired the next morning than when I went to bed.

We booked a King Suite and it took 15 minutes for the front desk lady to check us in and she couldn’t find our room. Then puts us in just a king room 😭 king suite was $15 more and then they blamed it on Expedia. The hot tub was NOT hot barley even Luke warm and smelled bad and got all foamy. Bed was really comfortable and had a nice big tv.

The staff was very friendly. The hot tube was filthy. The house keepers would barely clean half the room. I had to ask them and the staff to have the room cleaned. And when they did, they only fixed one bed. Who ever the owners are, they seriously need to consider a remodel/update

Brie was a gem. The day staff woman was nice also! I also had an issue with my toilet and they fixed it promptly and had my bathriom cleaned. Nice staff.
