A historic 700 square foot loft in the heart of the Old Market

This historic, 700 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 1 bed, 1 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building.

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You'll find a spacious walk-in closet, in-room washer and dryer, and king bed.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

This is an atrium loft. The only windows in the unit look into the naturally lit atrium in the center of the building.

I travel full time for work, everyday weekend is somewhere new. This is one of the nicest properties I’ve stayed at so far—specially in this price range. Very effective and responsive host and cleaning stuff. Great area in the middle of a very safe downtown. Great breakfast spot down below that doesn’t close until 2:00pm. Will absolutely stay here every time going forward when I’m in Omaha! Thank you to Andrew and his team!!

Amazing location. Such a cool spot to stay to enjoy Nashville. Wifi was in and out and the toilet didn't flush great. But otherwise this place was incredible. Can't imagine a better location. Place was so eclectic n cool.

Check in process was the only negative for the stay. We did not receive any info ahead of time so we ended up having to sit in the lobby of the building for 15-20 mins while we called and sat on hold while someone contacted the managing agent. Finally got a message with the code to get our key. Not having a person at the front desk and not getting the check in instructions makes for a poor experience.

We really liked the loft! There were just a couple issues. The garbage under the kitchen sink hadn't been taken out, and it smelled terrible. The coffee pot had not been cleaned, there was old coffee in the pot and it was covered in thick mold. It also appeared the toilet wasn't cleaned very well. Otherwise, the sheets and towels smelled clean and the unit was generally clean.
