We still haven’t got our deposit back & when we called they said they released it. I called our bank & they said they have not released it. It has been over a week & we still don’t have our $150 back. I have emailed the main office & they haven’t responded. They only had one elevator running for 7 floors & it was very small. Could not fit more then 5 people & you had to wait at least 10 minutes if not more. The water pressure was horrible. The room only had 2 towels for 4 people, so we called for more. They never brought them up. The next morning we tried to get towels at the front desk & the lady had an attitude that we needed more towels. We will not be staying again.

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. Not much has changed. No updates but some changes in the pool. The rooms are your average rooms. Breakfast is great always. Staff is just fine. There are definite need for some love and attention to the building. A fire escape door handle is broken off. The pool a area had noce outside seating but also has an open area where anyone can walk in and then into the pool, then into the hotel. Parkinglot could also use some attention. I am okay with no room services but wish their was a better option for trash and towels then just leaving them outside the room doors. It just makes it look rough when there is dirty towels and trash lining the halls.

The room was great, the beds were so comfortable, and very clean. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would maybe chose to come here again. The only thing we didn’t like is that it felt a little run down, although the room and common areas were clean the area definitely had a lot of things that needed repaired and updated but that wasn’t a huge issue for us. In the pool the mushroom was falling over and I feel like if I touched it it might actually fall down. Some of the trim in the hallways was ripping off and in one of the bathrooms in the pool area there was black mold

One of the elevators were down and the other was very slow. We were on the seventh floor so it slowed things down for us. Overall though it was a good stay.

Beds were uncomfortable, toilet needed to be fixed twice in a 3 day stay, ice machines removed from our floor...on 7th floor and only 1 elevator worked. Coffee machine was out of order and breakfast was eh and same everyday. Pool usually ran out of towels and it was so hot and chlorinated you couldnt stay in for too long. Property was nice 8 years ago when we stayed, seems they painted the building but arent maintaining anything on the inside. We will not be staying here again, can find somewhere nicer for less $$

Overall property is dirty, from the parking lot to the rooms. Our room had two pillows which had what looked like blood on them. Staff didn’t seem too bothered and said they would give us two new ones but didn’t retrieve the dirty ones. Pool was cloudy. Dining room for breakfast was filthy and the trash was running over. Staff could be overheard openly complaining about their jobs and the customers.Will never stay there again.

Dirty room, ok pool

Overall the hotel was fine, but was not very clean. We came into our room and found that the sheets were dirty and stained with makeup stains and crusty spots. The light switches and phone were filthy. The bathtub did not drain well. One elevator was out of order, inconvenient but nothing big. The pool was the highlight for the kids but the shallow entry was slippery and dangerous. We slipped and fell. Overall our 3 night stay was fine, but we probably will not return.
