Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was good sized. It was so noisy though. We could hear all the traffic, the elevator and people in the hall. Made it difficult to sleep.

The room was great: comfortable bed, excellent WiFi, clean. The service by the front desk for an excessively loud guest next door was handled very poorly. On the first night stay the guests next door were yelling at each other and pounding around in their shoes (hard floors in the rooms), so we contacted the front desk to complain. It got quiet after ~10 minutes then the loudness began again. This time the front desk attendant asked if we wanted to switch rooms…um no. We settled in already after a long driving trip and why should we move when they’re being loud? We thought the loud guests were removed, turns out they spent the night in their friend’s room across the hall so the next night they’re loud again. Couldn’t get hold if anyone at the desk for half an hour. This place is usually a great stay, but we just never realized how paper thin the wall are.

Hotel is a gem. King room was spectacularly large, clean and comfy bed. Check in was a breeze. Had a quick bite at the bar and a cocktail before turning in for sleep. Airport shuttle to Epply in morning was icing on cake. Great over night stay with quick trip to Omaha.

This hotel was located in the downtown Omaha area, about three miles from the airport, so it felt close enough for convenience without being right next to it. Overall, the stay was very nice. The rooms were clean, modern, and well put together, and the overall feel of the hotel was comfortable and updated. One thing to note is that there weren’t any convenience stores within easy walking distance, so snacks and drinks were mostly limited to what the hotel offered. The on-site restaurant was fine, but my burger was a bit mediocre and not a standout. On the plus side, the airport shuttle was operating 24 hours a day at the time of my stay, which made transportation easy despite the hotel not being directly at the airport. Overall, it was a solid downtown option with very nice rooms and good amenities for travelers.

Excellent Hotel. Quick Check In! Modern- furniture, open, sleek design & layout. Comfortable platform beds. Ambient lighting. Natural light. Bathrooms very nice. Great soap! Plenty of towels! Good staff & service with quick response. Account access & checkout from tv. Amenities! Easy access location to everything. Airport shuttle. I had an awesome rate! 3 disappointments: room door is HEAVY, in room red motion sesnsor? and food was not good & is extra; parking extra. However, I'd stay here over other hotels any day.
