I had the king bed suite with sofa, it was clean and had everything stocked, just was a little different from what I was thinking it was. It was pretty small and had limited space, it said it had a fireplace too which I didn't have. Not sure if it was just certain rooms or if theres different "king suites with couches" that you get the fireplace in. Otherwise it wasn't bad, it was clean, and was in a convenient area.

This is our second stay here while visiting family, and it’s a great hotel for the price. The grandkids love the pool, the room is comfortable and clean, and the location is very convenient to Bellevue and Offutt AFB.

The staff was wonderful. We felt welcomed the entire 7 days we spent there. The room did not have any draws for clothing.

The first night the adjoining room fought all night. The second night the same couple decided to go out and leave their tv on really loud. At midnight I went to te front desk andlodged a complaint. He said he would see to it. I went again at 2:30am. He said he knocked on the door but nobody answered and he can’t legally enter their room at 430 they came back and turned the tv off. We left at 6

Hotel was clean and quite, pictures showed a hot tub, however there was a deck platform built over it.

There were actual homeless people in and out of the hotel. The smell of pot was so overwhelming I left the same day I checked in. Completely unsafe for a woman traveling alone. And I wouldn’t have a family stay here . The staff was very comfortable sitting on the couch watching tv while the pot homeless people did a nice rap song for everyone to hear.

Room was big and clean. Bathroom could use more of a cleaning as there was rust and some mold spots in shower area. Try to not get room where window faces back as there are large spotlights there than shine into the room. Also, our room was on main floor near laundry room which we suggest to not stay in as the laundry smell was overwhelming in our room when someone was using the laundry room. Breakfast area is tiny and very crowded when busy.
