We had a wonderful stay. So many food options and shopping close by. The breakfast was great with multiple options and choices available. The only down side was the pool was cold and the hot tub was not nearly hot enough. Kids didn’t care about the pool temps but the parents did. Outside of that I would give a 10/10!!

When I made reservation it was for 5 people-3 adults and 2 children-the room said- accommodates 5 people thinking there was a couch or a roll away bed was possible only to find out that wasn’t the case and no other rooms were available at the hotel.

This property, the hotel, is in need of repair. The shower head was dirty, plugged, with little pressure. TV was not working; the connections had been pulled out. A member of the staff came up to plug it in (previous guest playing games and unplugged it). Waited 15 minutes. Coffee machine didn't work; the plastic tray didn't fit. The same staff member came up with the proper trade. The air conditioner was very loud. Breakfast choices minimal; eggs were salty. The room needs care. Paint missing in walls, dents in the wall, bathroom door peeling at the bottom. Staff courteous, friendly and trying their best. Towels and linen very clean. We stayed three nights: June 16-19, 2025.

The room was spacious, clean and set up well. The entire place was clean. Breakfast area was clean and they did a great job of changing things up each morning. Employees were all very gracious, kind, and efficient. The only negative was the hallway carpet on the third floor wasn’t pulled tight - it was lumpy and caused more than one stumble.

Nice place but loud outside noise.

Staff were wonderful! Breakfast had a good amount of selection. However, two of the three nights we stayed there were several trucks and cars doing burn outs and racing behind the hotel. I totally understand that’s outside of the hotels control however, multiple nights means that the hotel and other businesses need to call law enforcement because this happened from 7:30 or 8pm until 9 or 9:30pm two of the three nights we stayed.
