Well so far it’s been a less than great stay. We traveled from 2.5 hours away because our son had a pre-op appointment on Tuesday afternoon and then eye surgery the next morning at Boys Town. We chose this hotel specifically because we were told we would be offered a discounted rate since our son was having surgery. We got here and they would not honor that agreement because we booked the hotel through a 3rd party instead of directly through them. This was not disclosed to us at anytime or anyplace throughout the process. My husband bit the bullet and just paid full price and didn’t say anything. Then we get to our room and our toilet paper holder is broken, there’s a ton of damage to the bathroom door that looks like extreme water damage. There’s holes and patched up walls where someone slammed the door handle into the wall. The wall hooks are all crooked and loose so they gave way when we went to hang a bag on them. Went to take a shower and they were completely out of conditioner. Just all in all the room wasn’t maintained very well and the front desk staff wasn’t accommodating or friendly.

Clean and comfortable

I reserved a room for my parents who are in their 90’s. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I originally booked it but made an error on the check in day. I called and they happily switched the reservation for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
