Never again

So when i checked in for my 3 night stay after working 12+ hours i was informed that my room was on the 3rd floor and that the elevator was broken. I asked if i could have a room on a lower floor d/t my knee pain but was advised there wasnt one available. The front desk person promised that it would be fixed the next day and would not be an issue for the remainder of the stay. This was not true as the elevator remained out of service my entire stay. When i went up to the room the air conditioner was missing the cover and filter and the room smelled musty. There was only a thin brown blanket on the bed. When i notified the front desk people they had no response. They never fixed these things either. When i took a shower tje water pressure was barely a trickle as well. This was an awful stay...

Saved money, should have spent more somewhere

I was just going to be in town for the night, looking for a cheap place to stay. The bad.... The first thing I noticed was the sign that the elevator was out of order. And of course, the hotel clerk told me my room was on the 3rd floor and there were no other rooms closer. Not a huge issue since it was just me. I just picked out what I needed for the night and threw it in a small bag so I didn't have to haul my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. My main issue with the hotel was that I must have been put next to the maintenance room because there was screaming pipes all night long. Once people finally went to bed they quieted down a little bit. But when people started getting up in the morning around 6, the noise ramped up again. The hotel looks like it hasn't been renovated in 20 years. But I wasn't expecting it to be for the price. The bed just had a sheet and a blanket, no comforter. Once again, okay with me, I usually get hot when I sleep and so I'm kicking covers off. If you like to have that extra layer I suppose you could have requested something from the desk. The tv screen had lines running through it and the tile in the bathroom floor was missing grout. The good... I found the bed to be comfortable. The room temperature I could set and it stayed where I wanted it to be in a comfortable range. I know other reviewers talked about dirty sheets and roaches, I didnt see any signs of that. I didnt complain, not my nature, probably futile.

This was one of the worst hotels i have stayed in. The room was dirty, tvs didnt work, phone didnt work, there were only 2 towels in the room. There were 0 pool towels and when i asked they acted put outbto have to get them. The morning of checkout the fire alarms went off so none of us got breakfast and none of the hotel staff could silence the alarms.

The front desk was friendly but often no one was there at the desk. Pool lights never came on in the evening. First room had broken floors, holes in bedding, and blankets were old and tattered. The room smelled disgusting. Moved to another room. Toilet never flushed properly. Staff left a plunger for us to use. Every time we used the bathroom we had to use the plunger!! Carpet is stained and dirty. Holes in the walls and no lampshades on bedside tables. Towels are old and paper thin. Never got new towels. The bathroom by the pool on the lower level had feces smeared on the floor in front of the toilet! The breakfast area had limited food and was never cleaned during open hours. All tables and countertops in eating area were very dirty. You should NOT be promoting this hotel. Disgusting, unclean and not safe. Don’t stay here! The pictures are not true!!!

Experience was poor in several aspects

Room was next to a maintenance room, which emited a loud grinding sound from time to time. Tub faucet leaked. Wall had spackled section not painted, and a hole punched in the wall. Breakfast was horrible: no half-and-half (just a flavored creamer); eggs and sausage bone-cold (seemed like the steam table wasn't working). Fruit looked over-ripe.

Not the best, but did the job for one night

Avery no-frills hotel that sufficed for a one night solo stay on short notice. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, though I felt like I didn't want to set anything on the surfaces because the cleanliness seemed questionable. The shower had nice water pressure. The TV didn't work, and seemed like it was maybe just there for looks. I was woken up early in the morning by the fire alarm in the hallway, and I heard another guest say that happens here fairly often.

The bed sheets were so thin that I could see through them. They were also stained and had hair in them. The towels also were stained. I don’t think the bed linens were washed. I slept on top of the sheets, they were that bad! Breakfast…the single guy ahead of me was holding up the line for the waffle machine. He made three waffles in a row without any concern for others. He also emptied the sausage and hashbrowns. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience overall. Missing a smoke detector.

It seems nice except the sheets are either dirty or stained really not sure, there was an empty whisky bottle left in the room and the dresser drawers keep opening by themselves all night long and you could see tape residue on them like someone else had taped them shut. They also required a $100 deposit at check-in on top of the room cost that wasn't shared when I booked and paid for the room.
