The property had carpet and it was wet. And smelled moldy and dirty. It was not what we expected when we booked and the lobby was so new and sleek but the rooms do not compare. Also i hate that they put all online bookers on the same floor. Always the lowest room.

The room we received wasn’t clean. There was blood on our bathroom doors. We received another room But was a downgrade from what we had on the first room. Definitely won’t be going back. Expected more out of the company!

I will never stay here…When I arrived and checked in, I was told that they were out of keys. So, an employee let me in my room. I was told that I would get a key to my room, but that never happened! This was very inconvenient, as I had to prop open my door to bring in my luggage from my car. I have never had this experience ever, and I travel a lot!

The room itself was amazing, no complaints, comfy bed. The elevator was a bit scary, could hear all the mechanical noises and was a bit paranoid because the other elevator was out of service.. The hallways were extremely hot and humid but the ac in the bedroom itself worked amazingly. They had snacks for purchase which was cool but super expensive. $20 for an orange juice & Dr Pepper

Highlights- super friendly staff and great beds!

The staff were all super friendly! There was an issue with only one elevator working and it took a considerable amount of time to move between floors. The pool wasn't super clean. The beds were fantastic! I slept like a baby. Temperature of the room was nice and I thought the shower was above average a well. Overall it was a good experience and with those little items fixed I would have most definetly provided a 5 start review across the board!

We stayed for the weekend and the staff was friendly enough when we checked in. Unfortunately there was also a hockey event at the hotel so there was constantly kids screaming and running through the halls. During the day was one thing, but even after 9pm and 10pm we asked the staff to do something but they said since they didn’t have a security officer they couldn’t ask the guests to be quiet. The elevators all broke and there was no repair all weekend so all the guests had to use the stairs. The pool was in very poor condition and a lots of the siding was falling apart. The rooms were in ok condition but we had a door that wouldn’t lock, and a tv that would shut off and reset every 30 minutes or so. For what we paid I’d expect more from a Marriott hotel.

Hard night sleep

I’ve stayed here many times in the past because it’s clean, friendly and the pool is an inside/out pool. But this trip it’s was loud and non stop door slamming. Our hotel door was kind of raggedy. As if they tried to fix it or replace the lock and the wood is uneven. So we had to push the door hard to close it or slam it.

Stay was "ok". Pool was not kept clean. The chairs and cushions smelled as if they hadn't been cleaned in some time and should be a daily routine. Other quests were using the skimmer to clean bugs and debris from the trees from the pool. This was concerning after being told at checkin that they only reopened the pool the day before we arrived. Some areas of the proprty need attention and upkeep. Balcony had a lot of rust and peeling paint. A strong musty smell in the common areas (hallways) on the floors by the rooms. We were of the understanding that the staff would not enter our room unless we requested fresh towels daily. We did not request this on the day after arriving, however after returning from the pool area, we learn that the staff did in fact enter our room. We wouldn't have left some of our personal items (jewelry, car keys and so on) if we had known. We had only spent approximately an hour and a half to 2 hours at the pool. On a positive note, the staff we encountered were very pleasant and friendly.

Overall I was happy with the stay. The pool area is awesome. Bathroom fan didn’t work so bathroom gets very damp after shower. It stormed and the windows made SO much noise with the wind. I don’t think the ac worked well. We slept without blankets some of the night even though I had it set at 67 degrees.
