Feel your toes in the white sugar sand and the sparkling water of the Gulf! Phoenix East is a great complex with gorgeous views, right on the beach that offers you a lot of ways to have fun. Located in Orange Beach, Ala. near the Perdido Key Pass and the Florida-Alabama state line.

The grounds include an expansive pool, kids’ splash pad, gazebos, picnic tables and grill area dotted with palm trees. There are two hot tubs and indoor swimming pool located next to a large window that overlooks the pool area and two saunas for men and women. There are lighted tennis courts, basketball and shuffleboard, and indoor racquetball court, as well as a fitness room. The entrance and grounds have beautiful landscaping and a gated entrance. The entire complex is secure and has on-site security.

Unit #304 is located on the west end of the building, with easy access via the main entrance elevator and features key less entry.

This unit has been recently redecorated adding all new porcelain tile floors and new furniture. There is a king size bed with new mattress in the master bedroom, two double beds with new mattresses in the guest room and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Each bedroom has its own private bath with a walk-in shower in the Master Bath and a tub and shower combination in the Guest Bath. The kitchen is well equipped, including a Ninja Air Fryer and a 4 qt. programmable slow cooker to make family meal preparation quick and easy. You will enjoy WI-FI, cable, flat screen TVs (50” Smart TV n the living room, 42” Smart TV in the master bedroom, and 43” in the guest room) along with DVD player in the guest room. For your enjoyment, there are games in the living room.

Step out to the balcony from the master bedroom or living room and take in the view while enjoying a drink or a meal at the hi-top patio table. There is floor to ceiling windows that offer you a view straight out of a magazine.

Across the road from Phoenix East is San Roc Cay Marina and shopping center, along with Reel Surprise fishing charters. Bikes can be rented and delivered to the condo.

Provided in unit for our guests: beach chairs, beach umbrella and stand, (2) tennis racquets and balls, (2) racquetball racquets and balls, a basketball, and kid's sand toys.

The host Carli is amazing! We had a flight delay & she was very flexible in working with us to do a late checkout so we didn’t have to sit at the airport forever. She is also very quick with her responses. The condo was very clean when we arrived & the views from the balcony are incredible. This was our first time at Orange Beach & it did not disappoint. Our stay here was nothing short of incredible. From the spacious rooms, fully stocked kitchen, and personal touches throughout the space which makes you feel right at home. To our surprise, there were a few updates made since booking which made the space even better than expected. This space had everything we needed for our kids including kid-friendly plates, plastic ware, beach toys, wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The balcony overlooking the pool and boardwalk was perfect for when our littles needed a break from the sun. The location of the building complex was perfect for eating out, shopping, and boat watching. The check in process was very easy and the building complex had shopping carts and luggage carts which made unloading and reloading the car a breeze. Our stay went entirely too quick and we are already talking about our return here. Highly recommend!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time on property and at the beach. Carli was quick to respond to messages before our trip and checked in on us while we were there. There was some construction taking place on property during our stay and details were communicated with us about this in advance.The condo was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The property was exactly as pictured. Great location and amenities. The condo had wrapped clean sheets and comforter for sofa bed and very nice appliances and cooking utensils. Family vacation for all ages

Our group consisted of two boys age 10 and 8, two parents and a grandparent over age 65. The size of the condo was great for everyone to be able to spread out while in between activities (grandparent in double bedroom, kids in living area, parents in king bedroom and/or balcony). Due to hurricane in Florida our flight out of Charolette was delayed over 8 hours, so we didn’t arrive at the condo until 4am. However, Debbie was very responsive and provided us with modified check-in instructions to due the late arrival when everything was closed. She also was very quick to respond with a few of our other questions that next morning as we had to go back to airport less than 5 hrs later to get our rental and lost luggage. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The condo was very clean and welcoming - photos/description accurate. We planned one activity a day and everything was within a short drive (off shore charter boat fishing, dolphin boat cruise, rented bikes and road through Gulf State Park, toured Fort Morgan and explored the beaches at Gulf Shores), then the rest of the day we spent at the condo’s pool and ocean with it’s convenient easy access. We spent two full days throughout our stay solely for the pool and ocean which this condo offers everything you need-no rentals required (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon to haul everything, wake board and more!) We highly recommend this condo and Debbie, and we’d stay here again in the future!
