This spacious and stylish loft apartment overlooks a tranquil garden in one of Orange's centrally located, finest old homes in a beautiful tree lined street.

Located in a separate building, it is quiet and private making it ideal for a couple enjoying a weekend away of if you're here for work.


THE SPACE
Set amongst a well established, green leafy and manicured European style garden, the spacious 56m2 loft apartment has a private entrance via a courtyard.

The apartment is on the second floor of a separate building and accessed by a set of stairs.

The open plan loft features a country style oak kitchenette with minimal but essential cooking facilities, although most guests prefer to experience the culinary delights Orange is famous for.

The loft is fully furnished and includes:
King Coil queen size bed with quality cotton of flax linen and an electric blanket for Winter
Oak kitchenette with crockery

THE GARDEN
Guests are welcome to utilise the large, sun drenched courtyard facing the loft accommodation. The outdoor setting is perfectly situated within our peaceful, leafy garden with many guests opting for this sunny spot to sample some of the local wines and enjoy a pre-dinner drink. The enormous rustic table, made from heavy railway sleepers, makes for an ideal pre-dinner wine and cheese setting.


LOCATION
Situated on Byng Street, the Garden Loft is located in a lovely historic and quiet part of town.

Due to the location, it is a short walk to historic Duntryleague Golf Course, the popular Byng Street Cafe is only a couple of blocks away and the CBD and local bars are a leisurely 10 minute walk.


GUEST ACCESS
To access the Garden Loft, guests walk down the driveway which is the right hand side of the main house, to a separate building. The apartment is above the free standing garage and accessed using a keypad (you are given the code once your booking is confirmed).

Guests have sole use of the large 56m2 loft apartment space and can easily access the light drenched courtyard set amongst a green and leafy manicured garden.


THINGS TO NOTE
The open plan loft features a country style oak kitchenette with the essential cooking facilities.

The apartment is on the second floor and accessed by a set of stairs (14 to be exact).

Please note that an enthusiastic Ridgeback dog, Ruby lives on the premises.

Before arriving, your host will touch base to ensure you are confident with the checking in instructions which includes the door code to access the Garden Loft.
