Clean hotel facility. Great front desk staff named stint who was very nice and welcoming. GM was stellar working on Xmas day, and assisting with a ride to Disneyland due to a terrible ART shuttle service experience, which has nothing associated with the hotel directly.

We had small decorations set up and took everything down and set our trash by the trashcan at checkout. The hotel is claiming damages and charged us $200 for “damages”. We called the hotel for clarification and they switched their stories multiple times and were really rude. Nothing we did warranted the treatment we received, much less such an exaggerated “fee”. Our credit card company is investigating this scam. Be careful booking with this place

What I would say is the Handicap bathroom could be better. It should have a tall toilet with a open front toilet seat. If the would set it up like bathroom in the lobby it would be perfect, as that is where I had to go to use the bathroom.

Breakfast had only 4 options so after few days it was repeating, long time to get the breakfast, buffet croissant was dry. parking entrance & exit didn't work well.

The breakfast was, in fact, not free. I was disappointed that they were not offering the breakfast buffet during the holidays.

I gifted my granddaughter, a trip to Disneyland I rented the room for my six-year-old granddaughter, her mother and her 6 month old sister I was not able to stay and paid 183 dollars because I wasn't told I had yo be there. And of course, Disneyland trip ends late. My daughter and my grandchildren had to find another hotel in The middle of the night and I still had to pay for that hotel. I'm very disappointed and feel I should get a refund.
