We had a very nice stay. The staff we interacted with was excellent. Very positive and helpful. My only concern was that we weren’t given fresh towels and shower mat on our second night. My request for those items was immediately dealt with, though.

The housekeeping lady was amazing. I had surgery so i didnt get a chance to enjoy the hotel as much, but my family had a great time. My 4 year old loved the pools (shes an avid swimmer). The suite was great too. Mostly Martina made an impact because she was so compassionate and caring when she saw me recovering on the sofa bed. She prayed over me and even though i dont understand spanish, i knew how passionate and caring she was. I really appreciated it. (She asked if she could pray and I said yes as i am also Christian). Also, through the window of the suite where i was staying, on the sofa bed, we could see fireworks from Disneyland each night which is what i wanted. One of the nights was a little intense because the "no kings" protests were happening. The first night we saw traffic diverted, helicopters overhead, and a little escalation, then the following day while my daughter and i were watching the fireworks out the window, there was suddenly a ton or protestors walking across the parking lot. It startled me. I felt very uneasy and couldn't sleep. Since i had my 4 year old, my two elderly female family members and I had just had major surgery i felt vulnerable but i was able to text the hotel staff at midnight to get reassurance. I saw police lights and an ambulance but they reassured me that it had nothing to do with the protest and it was for another guest and everything was safe. I usually like Embassy Suites because of their spacious rooms, service, free cocktails hour and nice facilities, but the shuttle service to Disneyland is the city bus service and it takes about 30mins wait between buses.

Great!

Great breakfast and great suites love the looked! The ambience and also the convenience to Disney it was a far drive nor was it a super close to have the craziness of the crowds or traffic

Poor customer service

Hidden parking fees that they end up taking out of your deposit. I paid over 250$ a night to come for a children sports tournament…. We had an 8 am breakfast began at 8 am . All i asked was for some type of to go plate so my children could eat, I specifically booked because of the breakfast and how nice it looked. I spoke to the front desk and the restraunt staff they refused to help meto allow me to take a plate to go for kids aged 8-12 . When I spoke to the hotel staff they were rude short and unhelpful, ignored me and put their heads down. The jacuzzi was cold and it was not worth the price paid if they couldn't even allow kids to get food to go. 550$ to be told I couldn't have something to put my kids food in sent me over the edge. I wont ever go back to this hotel, we also had other families from our program stay and they also wont be staying again.

Everything was great. My family and I had an amazing time, until we got locked out of our room because the battery died on the door and our key wouldn’t work. My family and I were locked out of the room from 11:30pm till 1am in the morning. And we had two toddlers, two kids, and three adults. And it very upsetting since the kids couldn’t sleep or go in to the room and lay down.

Everything in our room was great. We love Embassy Suites. Floor was a little sticky during tbe breakfast buffet session both days but other than that - great trip!!
