So many things were wrong with this stay! The room they gave us was still dirty. They gave us a new one but that’s always disappointing when arriving. The navigator staff sold us an excursion. The bus came but never got out of the van so we didn’t know it was them. We missed it and they refused to give a refund despite not having clear pick up instructions. Very unhelpful and rude. The hotel is very quiet and more so for relaxing which can be nice. Everything closes around 11pm. There’s much more to do on the family side than the adult side and you have to take a shuttle over. Flamingo beach was subpar. There’s a speedboat that picks you up from the hotel and takes you there. We only saw about 5 flamingos. If you don’t go early there’s not much seating. This isn’t something I would have paid for if not included with the hotel. ADAM was the best bellsmen/doorman at the resort, very friendly and helpful. He really made the visit more enjoyable, despite all the challenges. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Awesome hotel- only thing is the pool was closed due to renovation but that was understandable. Love the boat in the lobby that takes you to flamingo island. Love the shopping areas inside. The steak house and buffet at Aquarius restaurant was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful

This was my first time in Aruba & as soon as we arrived at the Renaissance resort, we were greeted & welcomed! Check in was smooth & easy! Our room wasn’t ready, but our luggage was kept safe & we were free to explore! It is in a very walkable area, which we loved! The room was spacious for my party of 3 & the pool & hot tub was just what we needed after a long travel day! Any request we had was immediately accommodated, they secured a taxi driver for us, made food recommendations, brought additional linens for the room, etc. I also enjoyed how the family friendly side of the hotel was separate from the adults only side. We stayed in the ocean suites room, it was clean, bathroom was spacious, had all the amenities you would want on vacation! Even during check-out, the staff was so kind & wished us well, hoping we would visit again. This place was absolutely beautiful & I cannot wait to visit again.

The resort overall was quite nice. It was inconvenient that the pool was being worked on and I heard the construction all day. Also, the all inclusive is expensive only to check out and find out it wasn’t completely all inclusive.

Great hotel stay with access to beach and pool. Shower floors need better cleaning or an upgrade, otherwise everything was great about the hotel, including service.

The property was beautiful. We loved every aspect of it. The service was phenomenal! Everyone was super helpful and nice. Dining was top notch. Just the luxury vacation for our anniversary I wanted my wife to have. My only real displeasure was the fees at the end. From the Expedia website I was lead to believe the fees were included with the purchase of all inclusive. Otherwise everything was wonderful.
