Staff was helpful but broken lift was unexpected (I know it is not their fault). I was with my mom who has some challenges going up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, it was 3 day weekend and it was noisy outside (street) until late at night.

Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is located centrally and is an easy walk to many shops, cafes, and restaurants. We have stayed here every time we visit Christchurch and will again next time.

Amazing hotel for location to the famous trams right out the door all day and New Regent St for amazing wonderful eateries and so close to Isaac Royal theatre walking ditance to main shopping Art, Library, and a stone through yo Riverside markets plus The Cathedral. Cant speak more highly if the Hotel 115 acomo beautiful coffee tea and milk lovely clean showers and beautiful linen on beds. Stsff there 10/10 thanks guys for your professionalism and spotless reception. And thanks to the cleaning ladies so friendly and made up our room yo perfection everyday. Stay at the iconic Hotel 115 we highly recommended ps 8mins by taxis to Coastal Pacific train too.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night. An excellent hotel, centrally based for exploring Christchurch. We opted for room only and had a delicious light breakfast at the Tram Cafe. The staff were lovely, kind and helpful, friendly and very polite. The room was clean, airy & nicely decorated and warm too.

I was very disappointed with this room. In fact, I wouldn't call it a room, more a space at the end of a small corridor with a double bed squashed in against the curtains. Other than that, that staff were very nice and helpful and the location was fantastic, walking distance from everything in the inner city. Room, terrible. Staff and location, terrific.
