I am still waiting for the credit from Wotif as per the discussion with the Hotel management. Hotel management have been great - Wotif very very very slow in responding considering I provided considering I provided evidence that the hotel would not charge. Hotel management have been great.

This hotel had excellent staff and was very clean and it was very central. A real bonus is that is is next door to the ticket office for the tram tour of the city which starts at stop number 1 next to it.
