Fabulous location, with easy access to different points of the city. Nice and friendly staff, who were very helpful and polite. Not comfortable mattresses.

Very crowded corridors with linen carts permemtly placed poor elevator service, narrow gutted bathroom Lost pair of trousers between internal car park and room Poor staff response.

Dear Valued Guest, The elevator and corridors in question are used purely for access to the underground parking and are used mainly as a service lift for both Hotel 115 and the Quest managed apartments. The linen carts are only placed at the end of each corridor during the hours of cleaning and servicing of rooms between 9am-3pm. We are sorry to hear you lost a pair of trousers and if we do find them we will certainly let you know and return them. Kind Regards Sarah General Manager

Brilliant hotel in a great central location. The place has gorgeous character, comfy beds, immaculate, spacious rooms and wonderful staff. Literally the only tiny issue was my shower temperature repeatedly randomly fluctuating to scorching. Highly recommend!
