Great location, nice comfortable room and lovely staff. With the weather being very hot it was disappointing not having aircon. The staff accommodated us with a fan to use, but was too noisy to leave on through the night. Everything else was great and would stay again!

It was a nice hotel, location was great. Staff lovely. Room was nice and clean, Not the fault of 5e hotel at all but unfortunately there were renovations next door which went on until 10.30 pm and the smell of chemicals was awful. Not the fault of the hotel but maybe check these are all finished before going.

Ideal central location at a reasonable rate. Walking distance to a variety of eating establishments. Customer service and room was excellent. Despite being in a busy area the room was quiet, and comfortable. Ideal spot to catch the Christchurch Tram.

We had a deluxe queen room with a balcony. It was tiny! Shaped like an L, and you could not see the TV completely from the chair next to the bed. It had a small set of stairs that went up to a balcony. No railing on the stairs, and it came down basically to the bed, where my wife hit her foot twice during the night on it. Also – read the fine print. You have no control over the airflow in most of the rooms at hotel 115.

Room was compact but fully outfitted with everything needed. We booked a room with a balcony which was a super plus looking over top of the tram stop. Everything was perfect there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Really wished we had the time or we would have stayed longer.

Very clean room. Great location. Pleasant staff. Could upgrade the coffee in the room. Early morning person and had to suffer with bad coffee until the cafe opened across the lane. Great staff who assisted my guest with an issue. Very professional and understanding.
