Gorgeous little boutique hotel. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. The tram stops right by the hotel and there are coffee shops and retaurants just down the lane. The rooms are so quaint. Lovely nick naks and cute sitting areas on each floor. Really impressed, will definitely be back.

115 is unique in the charming lounge areas here and there on various levels. In these areas you can help yourself to complimentary tea or coffee and perhaps read one of the many magazines supplied, or choose/swap a book for your travels. I found the staff to be warm and welcoming.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We had a bad experience with another hotel and 115 fitted us in at very short notice.

The hotel is right In the centre of Christchurch but it is still very quiet for sleeping. Our room was clean and had all we needed. The website says they don’t charge credit card fess, this is not true! Also my husband arrived unexpectedly for one night. It was no problem getting a roll away bed in the room but $75. + credit card fees is a bit rich in pricing.
