Villa Caraibe Sea is entirely on one level once the small staircase to access the villa is climbed.

All rooms face the sea.

The villa is located in the highly sought-after, secured residential area of Jardins de la Baie Orientale.

An automatic gate closes access to this neighborhood 24/7, which is equipped with video surveillance cameras.

The Jardins de la Baie Orientale neighborhood overlooks the Orient Bay subdivision with a magnificent view stretching from Ilet Pinel to the tip of Orient Bay beach.

The plots here are very large; thus, the villas are spaced far apart from each other.

Just 1.5 km away is the large commercial area of Hope Estate with supermarkets, hair salons, delicatessens, and wine shops.

Only 1.6 km from the villa, or 4 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot, is the sublime Orient Bay beach with:

its beach restaurants,

its water activities,

its village square with night restaurants,

and also local shops such as a convenience store and a bakery.

We have been vacationing on the island for twenty years and would have to say that this home is our favorite. It was just as we expected for the description if not more. Will most likely be staying there next year.

Beautiful setting and a lovely house

We had a great vacation in this beautiful well laid out house overlooking the bay. The location is excellent - up the hill but close enough to walk to Orient Beach with all of its stores, restaurants and mile long expanse of beach.The facilities were sleek and modern, the rooms open and welcoming and the view a constant delight. Although the pool is not large it was a pleasure to be able to take the plunge in the morning or after a day at the beach. You could always have a shower in the large indoor/outdoor shower (with ultra shower head). Gilles and his team are always responsive and helpful. This is our second trip staying at one of his properties and we would certainly return!
