Great Value

I stayed at the property, so I could meet up with my son at UCF for parent's weekend. All the local hotels jack up their rates for this weekend, but this property was a lot better value. The only thing that didn't make it a perfect five star was that there was no coffee to go with the coffee maker and the shower could use a little work.

The room was clean, quiet and very convenient. It is more spacious than what it looks in photos, a nice alternative to a hotel room. Parking was easy and the area feels safe.

Peaceful and Location

Perfect location to Orlando. No issues with security or neighbors. No connecting door that we saw from other reviews. Private and safe. No issues with Uber.

Clean and comfortable

The only reason I couldn’t rate it a 5 was because I was unable to lock the door directly to the room. The entrance door has a pin pad into a garage, then there’s another entrance to the room with the home owners kitchen entrance beside it. Although no issues came up, I would have felt better if I could have had control over locking my personal items from the door to the bedroom. It’s an added room onto a home that’s occupied by a family. I could hear the kitchen activity but wasn’t an issue.
