Luxurious four bedroom villa on the prestigious Highgate Park development at Legacy Park, sleeps 8 - 10. South facing pool and spa (not overlooked).

Our villa is very spacious at 2100 sq ft and comes fully equipped with modern appliances. Being set well back from US Hwy 27 on the prestigious Highgate Park development it is peaceful and quiet with no noise from passing traffic. The villa is also on a gated community offering further security and peace of mind.

All the major attractions are within a 15 to 30 minute drive and both the Atlantic Coast and Gulf Coast beaches can be reached within an hour and a half.

There are two master bedrooms, one having a King size bed and opening onto the pool area. The second has a Queen size bed and both have en-suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds and access to the family bathroom. The villa comfortably sleeps eight plus up to two babies in cots. All bed linen and towels are provided and all bedrooms have wardrobes and their own tv’s with dvd players in both twin rooms.

Our villa is fully air conditioned and has been newly painted inside and out . In 2015 we added new sofas, bedding, kitchen appliances, kitchen table and chairs, pool furniture and five new flat screen HD televisions, the largest being 50” in one of the two main living areas which is connected to a Blu-ray/dvd player. We also have live Premiership football available free.

We had a games room newly installed for 2015 which consists of a pool table, table football and air hockey along with table tennis and an electronic dart board. All the accompanying balls, cues and bats etc are at the villa and free for guests to use. There is also seating and a further television along with an Xbox 360 with a few games located in the games room.

The extended pool deck is the highlight of the villa. The pool itself measures 26 ft by 12 ft. Being south facing the secluded pool and spa get sunshine all year round and look out over a conservation area. There is a poolside shower for your convenience and new high quality pool furniture, some with extra thick padded covers for your comfort. There are a total of six sun loungers at the villa, so enough for all guests.

We had a pleasant stay at this house. We had a slight hiccup upon arrival with the key code but Tom was very responsive to messages and we got it resolved in a few minutes and were let in. The house was as described in the listing and photos. It was clean when we arrived. It is a bit plain and simple with minimal extras. The pool guy came to clean the pool on day two which would have been fine if he didn’t have to shock it and we couldn’t use it for 24 hours. Hot tub took a good while to get warm but did get used through the stay. The pics in the listing are from ten years ago and the house has some wear and tear but nothing that hot in the way of our stay. My only real gripe is that there weren’t too many towels around the house, the linens on the beds were very cheap and we had to buy every last incidental thing like dish soap and kitchen trash bags. The kitchen was also lacking a bit.

As always Tom was a great host, gave us all the information we needed and amended our booking quickly for us. Set in a lovely quiet neighbourhood away from the noise of the main strip. Only lost a star due to the villa needing some well deserved TLC such as fixing blinds and in need of a very deep clean such as fans covered in thick dust and loungers by pool had seen much better days. Overall great place as always.

Have stayed on this estate for years its so peaceful and its gated so you feel safe as soon as you arrive. The home has every thing you will need to make your stay feel like you have been here before so relaxing. Great house

This house was beautiful. We had an amazing time there for a week. The pool and hot tub were much needed after a day at Disney or Universal. The location is about 30 minutes from Disney and 45 from Universal. Tons of shopping near by and my family had an amazing time. We would definitely come back to this house if given the chance.

Excellent property.

Overall it is a pleasant villa with all amenities at a good standard throughout. Location is great to get to all parks and restaurants. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is a couple or large family. The only thing I would say is to provide information around resetting alarms or clocks after a powercut.

Great place to stay

We rented this home for a week. Property was very nice. Area was great close to Walmart and Publix for food and things. Very clean and comfortable. Has everything you need. Pool and lanai were great. Owner was very personable and checked in with us which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely book again in the future. Close to Disney parks about 22 to 29 minutes. He provided exact directions to and from the home to the airport.

The property was very very clean. It was bigger and cozier than what we expected. It is very comfortable for 8 people. The pool was also great. We would have liked 2 more degrees in the pool, though. Jacuzzi was out of this world. The manager very hospitable and kind, always willing to solve any doubt. The neighbourhood is also great and secure. A bit far away from Disney and Universal (30 minutes drive). I would definitely rent this house again.

Staying at Richard's and Christine's villa was just a wonderful experience. If you are thinking about this home, DON'T and just reserve now. You will not be dissapointed! The home felt less like a rental and more like a cozy home for the whole family. Our family of 6 stayed over the Christmas holiday and there was even a Christmas tree, which was such a nice touch. The home was very clean, spacious and extremely family friendly. We are just looking foward to return in the years to come!

Hi, Richard, We had a super time in the villa. It was lovely to be back & appreciate the changes you've made. The whole family had a wonderful holiday. The villa, when we arrived late in the evening, was beautifully clean, and the lights in the sitting room were on so it was very welcoming! The pool is fabulous and the deck has lots of room for sunbathing. The location of the villa is great for shopping, eating, and going to the parks. The layout of the villa is probably one of the best in Highgate: the bedrooms are off a corridor away from the living area & the separate sitting room is just wonderful if you just want to chill! The owner, Richard, was very helpful and responded very quickly to any queries we had. He was very accommodating when the times of our flight changed. Highly recommended. One negative...the villa is already booked for when we've planned our next holiday!!

Great property - convenient to all attractions

The house was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at and we travel at least twice a year. The toilets all had seals that they had been sanitized. The directions were easy to follow and the property owner was very responsive. You can request a gas grill and for the pool to be heated at an additional fee. I did both and it was worth it so that we could enjoy the outdoors during cooler temps. There is a master bedroom with a huge King bed which was comfortable and a big master bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. There is an additional master type bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a Queen bed. 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom are in the middle. There is a washer and dryer which was nice as we had been traveling for a few days before reaching the house. The garage is a game room with pool table which was nice for the adults. There is a fold and play type crib in the master walk in closet which would have been nice if we had small kids so that was a nice touch. The kitchen has everything you need. Could use a couple of good knives but otherwise there are plenty of dishes including coffee cups, wine glasses, pans to bake, etc which was nice. There is a dishwasher which is nice while on vacation. The fridge has an ice maker and there is a pantry in the kitchen. The neighborhood is a gated community and it is super quiet. The pool has a jacuzzi. There is a timer on the wall that must be started for the warm water to work with the jets. It was very pleasant. All attractions are very close and very easy to get to. There is a publics grocery store and small shop area with liquor store and some restaurants and gas station just a mile from the house on Hwy 27. We would stay here again if we return to Orlando. I am happy to answer any questions.

This property is an amazing house with a fantastic pool and spa. Unfortunately it turned out to be disappointing after we settled in. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the bed in the master bedroom, we discovered, had its base on one side upside down so the support slats were on the floor meaning the mattress was sagging through 18” gaps, very uncomfortable. When I contacted Richard I was upset at his reply. He insinuated that I was lying as relatives of his had stayed in September and they said the beds were fine. I replied explaining I had nothing to gain by complaining but the beds were very uncomfortable. Undoubtedly he had contacted his relatives who again said there was no problem with the beds and he relayed that to me again.That made us extremely annoyed , why would we lie! Richard advised us to contact the cleaning company which we did. As well as the beds being uncomfortable the bedding was horrible. It was rough, hard and badly creased, the mattress cover was very dirty and stained. After complaining the cleaning company came around when we were out and left a pack of new bedding for us to change the linen ourselves, not quite the solution, I was on holiday and didn’t want to have to be changing beds!!! We found so much more that wasn’t right. We found tiny little thorny plant in between the rug and the sofa, again Richard didn’t believe me, these were possibly left behind by previous visitors. Although tiny these things were lethal, they stuck into my grandsons and my husbands foot giving them quite a bit of pain. I then wrote a list of issues with the villa, 16 in all and asked the cleaning company to come and put things right. In the meantime we had sorted out the king size bed and it was ok, 100% improvement. The cleaning company came a sorted some of the issues but not all. The icing on the cake was when we started finding broken glass on the floors in the hall, double bedroom and the twin room. We decided that we couldn’t stay any longer, we moved out 4 days early to a villa we’d stayed at 2 years previously, which unfortunately was unavailable for the whole of our stay this time or we would have been there. This villa is in need of TLC. It’s tired, grubby and in need of a really good clean.The carpets are stained and need a clean, the skirtings especially in the hall are covered in dust, the bedding is well used and creased, the top and bottom of the fridge was very dirty. I’ve lots of photos. A very disappointing stay .
