Slight hiccup at the beginning of our stay, check-in got delayed by a few hours due to the battery dying in the digital lock to the property( i contacted owner who said she'd send handy men to fix it, they never came ), pool was cleaned a day after our check in. Host definitely needs a better means of communication, the once every 2 hours responses on the app don't help when trying to figure things out about the property, plus I never got added to the list for the week so Security gave me a hard time every time I needed re-entry into Solterra since I was not given a resort pass due to being unlisted, which also meant I was not allowed to use resort amenities (water slide, pool ,game room etc.) but OVERALL we had fun and enjoyed our stay, house was beautiful, we made it work.

The house was extremely clean, the host was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. If you have a big family or traveling with a few friends this house is worth the stay.
