Florida Premium Rentals that manages the property was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The property was better than expected and it made our family vacation exceptional. Highly recommended.

All 4 beds used were extremely uncomfortable and squeaky. I had bruises on my hips from laying on my side while watching tv. It was like laying on a board. They squeaked with any small movement waking up the other occupant of the bed. One of the downstairs sheets had blood on it from a previous occupant. I didn't personally see it but they said it looked fresh (so not washed) not like it was just stained. Had a rough start with the wifi due to the email sent out was missing a digit on the password, easily fixed tho when i spotted the password in the kitchen. Place was otherwise nice. Switching out the cars or having day guests was a hassle trying to get them thru the gate requring multiple phone calls but eventually we got it situated. Wish it was notated in the welcome email the address for the short term rental gate, GPS has a 50/50 chance to route to the owners gate, thankfully theres a sign there with the correct address.
