Clean and looked just like the pictures. Clear communication from host. Only complaints are that the loose coffee grounds provided could not be used in the Keurig coffee maker and we couldn’t find any k-cups so we unexpectedly had to drive to gas station for morning coffee. Also, outside temperature was cold at night and host instructions said we could not turn off the AC under any circumstances. Therefore we could not turn on the heat were quite cold in the evening and early morning.
