Our exquisite 6 bedroom home rental in Orlando is decorated in a minimalist but stylish way. It consists of two king-size beds, a two queen-size bed , four twin beds, queen sleeper and a pack & play to let 15 vacationers have a sound sleep. The four bathrooms are adequately fitted with showers and bathtubs.

Hidden fees and a lack of transparency from the owner made this a three star review. The house has potential but is missing the finishing touches in about every room.1. Pool heating and spa heating cost 35 per night. This was not in the original listing. Tom emailed me at 10:30pm the day before our arrival (24 hrs before check in), stating the fees needed to heat per day, would take over 24 hours to heat (meaning the first paid daywas not useful), and that they had the pool heat cost so people could afford to stay in their house even if they could not afford the pool. This was backwards - if you are staying 30 min from Disney in a house with a pool, you are probably seeking a pool in the house. The pool did not heat in time. Tom claimed it's listed in the amenities, but it's only in the after-booking summary, which is, indeed, a hidden fee.2. Hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, and drinking water not included (and barely enough toilet paper).The quality of the water was extremely questionable, and we had to purchase a case of water for our house (and to use for the coffeemaker). The house itself was pretty and nice (other than the king bed with the crinkly, noisy sheet cover), but it was evident the owner wanted to do the bare minimum to get their profits. A little TLC goes a long way, but that motto was not present at this house. We were considering staying again because of all the space and the rooms and the pool, but I will be looking elsewhere.

Loved the stay. It's in a nice gated communnity with easy access. Cleanliness and home datedness were acceptable for the price point. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The home's swimming pool had a 30 daily surcharge if we wanted it heated. We declined the fee so it was kind of cold. The waterpark was terrific and came with the house. The 10 mile drive to Universal Studios took up to an hour with the construction. We'd stay there again.

We enjoyed our short stay. The property was as depicted, clean, and the owner very responsive. The area is convenient and close to most things. The only feedback I have is lack of toilet paper. Each bathroom only had half a roll and no extra toilet paper anywhere.

Home is beautifully furnished and close to all Disney properties. We traveled with 2 teenage grandsons and they loved the pool, hot tub and game room. The mattresses are all excellent and we slept very well. Home owner was quick to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend this home for a family.

The house is very spacious. It has some very good pros and some cons.Pros- Spacious with plenty of room for our party of 12. Nice size kitchen, the bedrooms were good size as was the bathrooms. Comfortable beds and in a very convenient location to all the Disney Parks.Cons- The garage converted to a game room does not have HVAC. Was very hot and stuffy. That is also the location of a very large screen TV, play station and pool table. Maybe the addition of a HVAC mini split would really help. Otherwise it is a wasted space. Shower in the master bedroom has something wrong with the shower floor. It creeks like it needs new wood under it. Your partner could not go to sleep while you take a shower.Pool could use a good cleaning and a large black hose comes into the pool area leaving a screen door open. Bugs and more can get in. Cut out a section of brick so door closes and seal it up. Dont get me wrong, we enjoyed our stay with our family. If you don't say anything, you can never get better. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Delightful Disney vacation home

This rental did not disappoint. It's in a pleasant neighborhood that's surprisingly close to the Disney property. The home was clean and beautifully decorated, and it's well appointed for guests of all ages including baby gear, removable pool fence, and bathroom safety equipment for the elderly. Perfect space for 2-3 small families. Don't miss the special separate air conditioner in the converted game room if you want to spend time there. There is a hard 3-car limit for entering the neighborhood gate, so keep that in mind if you have multiple drivers staying or visiting. The owner was highly responsive. Highly recommend.

This is how to enjoy Disney!

I was a bit apprehensive with the whole VRBO process, but everything that was advertised came to be true and accurate. Once we committed to the deal, we connected with the Kappes and all our questions were answered. We loved this house! The whole process of accessing it and using it were simple. We used Lyft and Uber for transport us to the parks. This property is really close to Disney, That made the journey easy. The house contained everything we needed to have an amazing adventure. The number of bedrooms made it easy for our group to get a room that worked for them. Our two princesses had their own rooms and if someone was having a rough night a spare room was a good choice. I can't think of a better setting. Our girls spent a lot of time in the backyard pool on our off days and we used the Barbecue to our advantage to cook our Amazon Fresh deliveries on. There is also a Walmart just 5 driving minutes away that we used as well. I can not even begin to imagine this vacation in the constricted space of a hotel or motel! We wish the kappes all the best with future rentals!
