Pet Damage Protection Fee is refundable if the house is in the same condition it was received when we do our check out Inspection.
Any damages caused by the guest's pet(s) to the property during the stay is the guest's responsibility.
Any repair will be charged or discounted from guest's Damage Protection Fee or credit card on file.
Charges are processed or requested after booking.

POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating is optional for an extra $25 + tax (13.5%) per day and it must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to check in.
Pool Heating stays on for the length of your reservation, or a minimum of 5 days straight.
Heater Machine is on from 7 am to 7 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees.
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a Hot Tub or a Jacuzzi).
The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating from January to May and September to December.
Just let us know if you want the pool heating service and we can add the amount to your reservation.

Pool Size: is 7.5ft x 14ft (like a rectangular shape, it doesn't include the little area for the steps).
Pool Depth: 3ft deep on one side and 4ft deep on the other side. 

BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50 + tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchanging propane.
The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.

LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes towels and bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning fee that you are paying for your house. 
We also offer Mid Stay Cleaning that doesn't include towels and bed linens wash and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee. 
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.

We are offering our guests a professional laundry service delivered to the house.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom rug, kitchen towel and pool towels are available for all guests. We do not provide washcloths.
Please note: The number of towels is according to the house capacity, there are no extra sets, guests can use the washer and dryer machine inside of the house.

****IMPORTANT NOTICE: A complete pool resurfacing and tile replacement is planned for the Clubhouse pool, Spas and Kiddie Splash area at Paradise Palms. The work is scheduled to start on Tuesday, September 5th 2023 and will take approximately four weeks to complete. During this 4-week period, the Pools and Spas will be closed to guests. The outdoor Restaurant/Bar will remain open along with the Clubhouse and all other services.

GARBAGE:
Trash is collected daily in the community. Please place your BAGGED trash at the Bench Bin located in front of the house. There is no recycling. For excess garbage please take to the nearest dumpster in the community.

ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 3 days prior to your stay to your email address on file.
You will go straight to the house and use an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.

**For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras outside by the front door and the back screen door where the pool machines are located.

Now that you're ready to book our home, kindly inform us after booking if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental.
After the reservation is completed, you will you receive an email requesting electronically signature for our rental agreement, please look at junk mail to find it.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.
Guests must show a valid picture ID to receive packages.
All packages are delivered to the Clubhouse for short-term renters and guests are subject to a $10 package storage fee. This fee pertains to all packages regardless of size or shape.
Any mail with tracking numbers are considered packages.
Oversized packages and those weighing over 30lbs are not accepted at the Clubhouse. Kindly make arrangements to have someone available to accept the delivery of the package(s) at your home for oversized and/or heavy items.
Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid Stay Cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.
