Very disappointed in my last stay.

I was very disappointed in my most recent stay at this hotel. I requested a "refresh" of toiletries and garbage pickup with 24 hours anticipation. When we returned from the park, we noticed no one came to our room. I called guest services to complain and was told someone would come by our room shortly. We waited about an hour. Seeing no one showed up, my husband and i emptied the trash bins and walked the halls looking for a garbage can. We spotted a housekeeper and asked for some towels and soap. He promised to be by our room but never showed up. We just gave up at this point. This hotel has a great location, free parking and no carpets - reasons why we've stayed here sbout 6 other times.

Nice hotel with great amenities

The pool area was very pleasant. We stayed in the Towers which was cool. Our room had a very unpleasant odor that we couldn't identify, when you first walked in the room. A combination of mildew and something else. It was unfortunate how other hotel patrons left the pool area so sloppy. Used towels were all over the place and a lot of garbage as well. Though receptacles were readily available to dispose of things. The fitness area in the Towers was really well equipped compared to other hotels, which was really nice. Location was great. Could walk to a number of places to eat, shop, etc. We would stay there again, hopefully without the dreadfully smelly room.

Bad experience at hotel

A lot of noise going on late the night in the common areas my family could hear everything inside our room. Or bed sheets had holes and they were hairs inside the water container for the coffee maker. I talked to the front desk and ask it to have my room clean. They just send me new towels.

We stayed 7 nights and never recieved housekeeping. No updated towel, no trash removal, nothing. I requested it after 2 days and was told id have to pay extra, but the person i spoke couldnt tell me the price. I requested the next day and was told I had to request it 24 hours in advance. I asked the next day and was told "we will try". We used the same towel set for 8 days 7 nights . Most people just threw there trash outside on the sidewalk. So that was gross all week The pool opens at 7am but pool towels are not provided till 11am The bar is only open a few hours a day. The cafe doesnt allow you to charge to the rokm, so you have to ccarry your cards with you to pool if you want to get any food or drink while at the pool. This is not a resort. Its a motel with multiple.buildings.

This property is newly taken over by Wyndham and it show there are still thinks that they need to get up to their standers like when I checked in room I was assigned to the TV was broken so we had to get assigned to another room, but the bathrooms are super small. You can barely turn around in there to take a shower or use the bathroom or anything you have to step to the side of the toilet just to close the bathroom door. The pool was wonderful. They do charge a resort fee that I feel like it’s OK price for what you’re getting for it the bar is wonderful. They have an outside bar as well. There’s a game room all in all I feel for the price that I paid. I had a good experience. I didn’t come across any issues that weren’t resolved right away, but I do feel like their housekeeping needs to be revamped because they only do housekeeping every five days unless you request 24 hours in advance housekeeping should at least be done every three days.

I tried 3 times to check-in and was told my room wasnt ready. (1;30, 3:15 and the fianlly 7pm) When i arrived in my room there was what im specualting was blood on the wall and it seemed the fire alarm/sprinkler was damaged.

Not worth what I paid.

The toilet kept messing up. The ac was not good. There was sand all in the pool. People just kept diving and jumping in the pool not fun. The hallway ac was broken.
