Location is great but at night it seem unsafe. There was a homeless man sleeping on the steps at night which made it seem unsafe and he kept moving to different areas at night. Area is busy with people but also a bit of construction around. Smoking areas are in front of the building so it was a bit of a walk.

My stay was wonderful, the room was clean and spacious. Pool area was very nice with tables and tanning chairs. Shopping waterparks and food are in close proximity of the resort. Staff was nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member. I will be visiting again!

Floors felt like they haven't been swept we checked into one room had pubic hair all over the toilet had what looked like throw up on the walls. Staff was great got us in another room they were great to work with. Got into the next room was some what clean floors were horrible haven't been properly cleaned water in the shower was ether extreamly hot or cold you couldn't find the happy medium. Will not be returning to this hotel

Overall good stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms though are outdated. They look like they’ve been repainted over and over. Gives the impression of it being dirty. The location is convenient. Pool is nice… they have towels too. Poolside bartender is super friendly. If you can overlook the outdated look of the rooms, it’s well worth the stay.

I liked the hotel overall. The only thing I didn't like was you had to call the front desk to set up housekeeping 24 hours in advance. They provided an option for early check in and late check out at a cost but I was grateful to have those options. Overall, it was affordable and I think they will make more updates as they go along.

Loved location & amenities. Rooms & property are clean. Rooms are decent. You can tell they've been remodeled but definitely flawed. Regardless your not spending too much time in your room so it dont matter. Would def stay again!

Hey I got kicked out of the hotel but I had a blast. All I can remember from this stay was the amazing bartender mark! He needs a raise! Lol amazing resort
