Not being able to lock the front sliding door was the biggest issue. Unit security was extremely weak. The stairs access door had to be held shut to ensure the auto lock actually engaged. The flooring outside of the bathroom has lifted causing a tripping hazard that we had to be very aware of. One out of four bathroom heat lamps were working and the main light didn't work. We requested additional FOB keys but there was only one available. The garage allocated to us had the unmistakable stench of urine so we took another which caused issues with other guests. Will not be recommending this location.

Apartment had tired decor - furniture and floors marked especially in the bathroom - needs refurbishment (painting etc). Chipped and cracked cups and glasses. Patio door did not lock. Shower drain slightly blocked and slow to drain. Nice location by the beach and staff friendly.

The apartment was smaller than it looks. The glass table tops on table and coffee table was not attached and could be easy to remove or come off if you lean on it. Not safe for small children

Overall stay was great, everything worked. Clean & tidy. Place was warm had enough blankets plus Good heating. The buliding is showing it's age. For any body that complains that there was not a smart t.v should've gotten out more! So close to the beach.

Thanks for the stay, It's great to know you are happy with the stay at our spacious apartment.Compared with hotel rooms, our apartments are offering value for money, plenty of space to move around and a place to cook healthy meals inside an apartment.Look forward to seeing you here when visit Christchurch again.

The door had been kicked in and had an odd lock system. The room was grubby. The furniture was dated.

Hot water not working for two days, room was hard to get in with dodgy door lock, limited tight parking space, noisy area, not very clean!
