Host was responsive to questions. Check in was good however, I would suggest a parking card or QR scan code to be given to prevent stopping at the guard shack at each entry. On the last day, the new guard on duty told me I could have received a QR code from the owner to prevent stopping by the shack each time.

Storey Lake Get A Way

I stayed at this unit with my sister and son to watch my daughter and her team play college tennis at various facilities in and around Orlando. I choose this location because my daughter and her team were staying in the same area, just right across the lake. The unit was clean and as stated in the description includes the bare minimum (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc) which suited us just fine, The pool area was always very crowded and difficult to find seating even for 1 person. Security getting into the property was very lack and often gates didn’t work at all. I would stay here again in the future if in Orlando again.

Great place!

The place is great. Clean, amazing location. There is LOTS of space and seating in the kitchen, livingroom and dining room. The second bedroom with two beds is a bit squishy - perfect for one or two people or children. A double bed and single bed and a nice closet but not a lot of floor space and no drawers so good to know in advance. The location was awesome. Be sure phone the clubhouse and get the information for calling the van driver if you want a ride to the pool/clubhouse area. The pool is amazing and there is a second, quieter pool near the unit as well if you just want a pool and no lazy river or other ammenities. The main pool area was never overly busy but one time all the floating rings were being used and we had to wait a bit for the lazy river - it never felt overly crowded though.
