Second time here. No complaints. Very quiet and low key. Gets the job done especially with kids it is very comfortable. Full fridge and kitchen. Would deff stay here again. Parking garage is a plus too.

On 1st night - not sufficient towel for 4 guests (2 adults + 2 kids). Requested multiple times additional towel but didn't get it till next morning after significant discussion with Front Desk and argument. Also - toilet getting plugged multiple times. I had to use plunger myself in the night. No help at all. Next morning someone came when plugged again. And, dropped plunger so I can do it myself next time. Room phone is not working so need to go down to front desk for any issue. This is ridiculous hotel. Need reimbursement.

Everything was wonderful. The reception was excellent, they were quick with requests, all the entertainment places are close to the hotel, and parking is free with the hotel. I will return soon.

Pleasant enough & a comfortable mattress. Convenient to the parks. Enough so, that one of our party went home mid day at Hollywood studios & made it back for fireworks . In all an affordable clean stay. Next Disney trip I will check on availability.
