Si pudiera darle 0 a este lugar se lo daría, perdí todo mi dinero, pues reservè de viernes a Domingo y nada más llegue me di cuenta que el hotel no sirve y quise cancelar al momento ,pues como reservè desde Expedia, el hotel no me reembolsa el dinero y Expedia tampoco, al final termine perdiendo todo el dinero pero no me quedè allí, no se como un lugar tan malo puede tener tan buenos reviews, y las fotos que muestran en el website no tiene nada que ver con la realidad, no se dejen engañar. También paguè $50 por 2 personas diario supuestamente para desayuno buffet , el cual es pesimo y no pude ni comerme, mala calidad de los alimentos, no hay variedad y el comerdor lo menos que parece es de un hotel, la picina tiene demasiado clorox y al agua tiene peste, creo Que es la razón por la cual le hechan tanto clorox, y la habitacion ni siquiera tiene un closet para guardar la ropa y es muy vieja, pues no se de que año sera que no lo remodelan, espero que mi comentario sirva a alguien y no pase por el mal rato que pasamos mi familia y yo.

The water slides and pools are great for kids. The hotel room was very old and outdated; the pillow cases and sheets on the beds were dirty and stained. We didn’t get any room service for three nights/ four days we were there. We brought cleaning products and Lysol and cleaned our hotel room. The food was pricey and didn’t taste good. Clara the front desk staff was very kind, sweet and attentive. The beach chairs had ants and dead leaves all over them. I wouldn’t go back. The Tiki bar and arcade was cute and cool.

Was not informed this was a timeshare. Also rooms were not clean and had multiple bugs in my room throughout my stay. I am a pumping mom and my refrigerator in my room did not work the last night of my stay causing my milk to go bad. All amenities on the property close by 10pm each day as well. Would not stay there again.

I loved the amenities on the property. I also loved the area. There were a lot of stores, restaurants, etc in the area. About 5 minutes walking from Icon Park. All the Universal and Disney parks were 15 mins or less. I did not like the rooms. The hotel is very outdated. It’s more like an upscale motel. The showers, the mirrors, the dressers. Everything was outdated. The shower continued to leak through out the night. Some outlets weren’t working. I would advise them to renovate the actual hotel.

This property is dated and somewhat rundown picture show a nice big waterpark but you actually walk into a small pool and a waterpark that only has three or four rides. Hotel staff is friendly and courteous housekeeping friendly always visible cleaning rooms maintaining the poorly upkeep hotel. Water park staff is rude more concerned about talking with each other other than paying attention for guest safety. Additional fees will be met upon check-in resort fees breakfast fees arcade tokens are on cards so you constantly have to reload if you want to continue to play games in the arcade or dated. Breakfast area is absolutely disgusting the additional fee that’s tacked on for breakfast is absurd $20 for instant eggs overcooked bacon and sausage patties that are cooked to what most would consider a hockey puck the dining area is so nasty tables are sticky and gross dining chairs or upholstered nasty Green needs to be updated immediately they’re so gross and disgusting

The staff were great! Smiling faces so nice! Resort was very nice , easy to access. Rooms could use some slight upgrades , lighting was very dim. Also due to rain we were not always sure when the pool was open again , maybe could do something like send a text to guest to notify. Other than that great resort my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. We most definitely would return!!!

It was an okay experience. The place had roaches and a lot of ants. It smelled bad some nights. Hardly any outlet work. But staff was friendly and accommodating.
