Staff was great/friendly. Pool areas, water park, bar areas was worth the money. The room itself felt muggy/ smelled musty. And definitely spotted roaches in the bathroom area. Leaving the lights on at all times helped everytime we’d turn lights off you’d definitely flip them back on and see a roach. Grossed me out powered thru the stay but don’t think I’ll be staying here again

Many items were under construction, and if you go during the week they limit all of these items. During breakfast the employees are very nice but they limit some of the machines (juice) and watch the bagels many were individually packaged and full of mold.

We had a very nice stay; it was brief and out of season in January. The resort is older but it was evident they are in the process of upgrading the rooms, dining, and recreation areas. The resort rates were good. It’s not fancy but is fun and comfortable. Shout out to Ty in security for reuniting my daughter with her beloved LOST cell phone!

The worst complaint i have is that i and many other guests developed red rashes and itching from the pool water. I also felt the mini fridge was to small, the beds were uncomfortable, we asked for more pillows and blankets at least twice if not 3 times and never got them. I didnt know parking cost extra until i got there and was also under the understanding i could pay for the rest of my bill in cash other then my deposit and was informed upon arrival not only did they not accept cash but i needed to pay for my stay in full upon check in. Also their shop keeper i felt was a little underhanded. I walked in there with my child and told her she couldnt have a toy and she said how about i unwrap it and let you play with it until you leave the store... well you can guess what happened as we were leaving the store my 5 yr old threw a fit about the toy. The shop keeper actually audibly said "ha ha traped ya" it was just a 5$ toy ball but my daughter hasnt touched it since purchase.

I booked this hotel specifically for the water park experience, which is the main attraction advertised. Upon arrival, I was told the water park was closed, information that was never clearly communicated during booking. Had I known, I would not have chosen this hotel. What made the experience worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of showing understanding or attempting to help, he was rude and dismissive, implying that it was my fault for not checking the website calendar. As a paying customer, I expect important closures like this to be clearly disclosed at the time of booking, not blamed on the guest afterward. Poor communication and even worse customer service completely ruined what should have been a fun stay. I would not recommend staying here if the water park is the reason you’re booking, and I suggest confirming everything in advance because staff will not take responsibility.

Enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The room was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was, they didn’t have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Aside from that, we had a great experience, and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained. Unfortunately, when I booked through Expedia, it was not disclosed that the waterpark is closed on Mondays and Wednesdays. The sole reason for our one-night stay was to use the waterpark before returning to our home state the following morning. Upon discovering the closure, I spoke with the manager and requested a refund so we could stay elsewhere, as this information was not clearly stated at the time of booking. The request was denied, and Expedia was also unable to offer any assistance. The lack of flexibility and customer service was extremely disappointing, especially considering this was only a single-night reservation. While we were offered a $25 credit, it did not come close to resolving the situation, as the waterpark was the primary reason for our stay. Unfortunately, this experience negatively impacted the remainder of our trip. It is especially disappointing because this is a hotel we would have considered staying at again in the future, but the lack of empathy and customer service has resulted in a loss of our business.
