We recently stayed here for 2nd time as a budget-friendly option before heading to Universal, and it was a fantastic choice to save some money without sacrificing quality. Hotel was very clean and nicely maintained—everything felt fresh and well-cared for. Breakfast included, awesame option to save money. They also have pool that runs 24 hours a day with a hot tub.The staff was always smiley and incredibly accommodating, making our family feel right at home. We'd definitely stay again! I'm not sure how they manage to keep it this nice at such a low price, but it's a gem. Highly recommended.

The beds are very hard to sleep on. I did have to ask the front counter to get them to empty the garbage in my room. One time. And the entire week we were there the beds were only made one time by the staff. But the hotel is extremely nice to stay in and everybody's incredibly friendly and helpful.. Me and my family had a great experience staying there. There was only one other issue on the 6th floor the week we were there a room got flooded and the mold smell was very hard to deal with for 4 days.

Me alojé en este hotel unos audífonos beats en la habitación worth $300. Al comunicarme con recepción/servicio al cliente me informaron que, según su sistema, no encontraron nada y que supuestamente “desactivaron la ubicación” (lo que me impidió rastrearlos). Tras insistir por teléfono me dijeron además que no conservan objetos perdidos por más de 30 días. He llamado varias veces y la respuesta ha sido inconsistente e insuficiente: nadie me ofreció una investigación seria ni un número de caso claro. Un hotel debe custodiar y documentar objetos perdidos de forma transparente; lo ocurrido me dejó sin respuesta y sin mis pertenencias. Si valoras tu tranquilidad y tus objetos personales, yo no volvería ni lo recomendaría hasta que mejoren su procedimiento para objetos perdidos y la comunicación con los clientes.

During our checking we weren't inform about the housekeeping period for cleaning but the days they clean the room, it was propertly clean. The carpet on the six floor wasn't clean, it needs shampoo.

I would give you a 5 but the room attendants knocking on the door 10 minutes before and directly at checkout was a little much. The cards are easy to deactivate. Will most likely stay again just felt rushed
