The renovation of the rooms were below subpar. The floors were very uneven, as if if they had just put the vinyl of top of concrete slab without self leveling. The sheets were stained, the tv did not work, the bathroom door was so water damaged that we could not close it. There were big gaps between the tile in the shower, and tiles were not straight or leveled. The breakfast was just sad and when i got there somebody had dropped a coffee cup full of coffee on the floor and we told the front desk person we got a "I know", but no action. So we could not g we t coffee unless we wanted to step in the spilled coffee. A pretty sad experience.

I stayed at this facility from Sunday through Thursday, not once was the room cleaned. Upon arrival there was fresh towels, soap, shampoo & coffee, but that was it for the remainder of my stay, nothing was cleaned or replaced. The bathtub looked like it was picked up at a salvage sale & had peeling paint on it in a vain attempt to make it look fresh.

If you want to slum it, this is the place for you! Room did not feel clean, it was run down with bathroom door broken and toilet seat wonky. Only one pillow per person on bed and the front desk would not give us more. Our kid wanted to sleep on the pull out sofa, and there were poop or blood stains on the mattress. We cancelled our second reserved night and got the hell out of there as soon as we could. Breakfast was also inconvenient and not great. Terrible...do not stay here.

The floors were filthy. I wore clean socks around the room and within 10 minutes, they were black! The parking was awful. They had several spots blocked off where no one could park so people were parking alongside the curb, making a very tight space to drive through. One night I had to park in a handicap spot just to park on site. (I cleared it with the front desk in hope they wouldn't tow me!) There were several people loitering outside late at night loudly, which I imagine is the cause of the parking nightmare, as several cars were not displaying the guest tags.

Average roadside style motel appears renovated, even though finishes were lacking. All rooms non-smoking however our room and towels smelled strongly of cigarettes. Front desk staff friedly.

Mgr & Team wasn't concerned about; 1. No Parking for the Customers vs Construction vehicles next door taking up spots 2. Very slow with Housekeeping bringing towels 3. False advertisement...Pool wasn't operable 4. The door to the rooms weren't measured to fit so you could see the sun shining thru around the door 5. Had to line towels at the bottom of the door to avoid bugs from crawling underneath into our room 6. Microwave seemed to be old/used---the door barely closed unless u lift it up & ease it shut

Overall it was an okay experience. The room was good for the proce. The room was clean however there was a weird odour in the room sometimes. Once we aired out the room it was okay. The parking is a problem on weekends due to construction next door, blocking the parking with equipment.

Staff totally noncaring .....No hot water for shower, warm at best ...barking dog in the room next door, barked for almost two hours on Friday night, about 45 minutes on Saturday night. ...the floor had cracks and uneven throughout the whole room. (i have pictures) bathroom area (all) looked like third world accommodations. The small coffee maker leaked ... If I could have gotten my money back I would have left upon checking in ....
