Property was sufficient

The property was nice. The kitchen was updated and kids bedrooms were nice. My disappointment was the couch and master bedroom comforter. The couch was covered with a pad or tarp which made me cringe. The master bedroom comforter was either old or on the cheaper side. A nice down comforter or something of better quality would be ideal for the master bedroom. Otherwise the place was nice. If those two things changed, we would stay there again.

My one problem was the checking in. The notes said to use a lockbox, which is no longer the case you have to go to the front desk and get the key cards.

Pleasant stay overall, but some opportunities for improvement Pros: Excellent communication with host Pain free check in Location Nice firm mattresses Cons: Unit could definitely use a deep cleaning Thin walls and windows led to noisy nights Handyman came to make a repair during middle of day with short notice Couldn't get past the presence of the camera over the door. I trust the host that no sound was recorded but camera still seems intrusive especially when you have kids. Don’t want anyone with pics/footage of my kids without my permission.

Comfortable, pretty, has it all

Spacious, comfortable, pretty and has everything you need. Two well kept pools. Close to Disney/Universal, lots of great restaurants and activities. The owner/manager of the unit was extremely responsive and helpful.

Stay was okay, camera not okay

There was a camera in our unit, facing the outside door but it made us extremely uncomfortable to know that a person could see and listen to us in the condo. The condo was not cleaned very well with the floors leaving our feet black and the lamps having a good half inch of dust on them. The beds and couch were all very firm. It was adequate space for our family and fit our needs for the stay. Having access to the resort was nice and the pool was good.

Great stay

The condo was well stocked with dishes and supplies. Manager of property was very responsive also. Really nice resort with great food and plenty of pool spaces. I will definitely stay again oneday.

Dirty

The place was dirty. There were ashes all over the tables on the back porch. the floor in the living area had food all under the coffee table. I had to sweep the place before we could walk around without shoes. There was a dirty paper towel that had been waded up on the island in the kitchen that had hardened to the counter top. The broom and mop was propped against the wall by the door. the dryer alarm was going off and nothing was in it. All of this just made me feel like no one had cleaned or had attempted to start cleaning and just never came back. Plus we didn't get to our room until 1 am from our flight landing an hour late. We were ready to go to bed but had to clean up first.

Very nice place!

We really enjoyed the rental for our trip to the Orlando parks. Conveniently located between Disney and Universal. There is Target store right near by for an shopping needs. Many things were updated. Beds seemed new. Washer an dryer was great to have as well.
