This was a stayca weekend getaway with grandkids . Check in was flawless. The extended check out time was a VIP perk . Wish there was a bit more for the kids ( pool slide/ playground ) maybe a movie by the pool or activities .

Old fashioned interior decoration, colors, old appliances in the studio, it lacks essential kitchen utensils, the linen was not crispy clean, the building is old, there is no housekeeping service, I wouldn't stay there again, it's not worth what you pay for - there are other very good options in Orlando for reasonable price.

While the property was sufficient and efficient for our stay, the room was clean but needed a lot of updating. The amenities were nice, a lot of the guest were sub-par. The pictures of the property are great, but it does not show you the variety of people that arrived. We stayed for a limited time, but every time we entered and exited there was a smell of weed and often unsupervised children which made the experience even worse. The hotel staff helped alot, but I really wish there was a way to avoid issues like this. We began to avoid the pool as it just became more annoying to deal with people than just finding other places to visit. Plan on visiting? I would suggest to do a little more research on the location before booking.

Relaxing vacation

Took my family to Floridays for the first time. The staff was excellent. Answered all my questions and very kind. The poolside bar staff were very polite and nice and the drinks and food were the best we had after staying at many resorts in Orlando. Pool was great, nice temperature for cooling off but could have been cleaned more often. All and all we had a very good time. We would return in the future.

I had a few issues during my stay which I was ignored by front staff then emailed customer service twice and never got a response from them either. Don’t trust the beautiful pictures you see online, the room I had was so old with gross damaged light fixtures, leaking sink, dirty floor, and much more. Its not worth the rate they charge. And they wont respond to any communication, definitely surprised by this.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Very clean, enough room for whole family to stay together. Check out at 11 but gave us complimentary check out at 12. Will definitely stay again.
