We booked a 3 night stay in a King Suite. At 2:00 pm, we were told room was not ready and they would put priority cleaning on room. We came back at 4:00 pm, (which is their check in time), room was not ready and wouldn"t be ready for another hour. We sat in Lobby for 30 min. When front desk clerk offered us a queen bed suite, which we did not want. I asked if they had a King room, which they did and we were given a King room. This king room did not have a chair and ottoman just a desk chair. We asked for daily refresh service, and they did not refresh the room on our 2nd night. Very disappointing. They did refund the parking charge for parking in their parking lot and half of one night stay. Which was very nice. However, we did not get our King suite for the entire stay and no refresh.
