This was our second time staying at this property. You truly cannot beat the convince. I love the apartment-like layout. Having our own washer and dryer available was so nice. I was able to clean our clothes before heading home instead of shoving wet bathing suits in our luggage. We also used the on site convince store multiple times. Having dining options and multiple pools to choose from is also a reason why I love this property.

Pls pay attention anyone that wants to go to this resort is bad I’ve been to resorts in Orlando like the west gate and Marriott super clean and lots of things to do at this resort there’s NOTHING u can do besides the pool, the main pool closes at 5 pm and u have to pay for a chair with an umbrella obviously all other chairs don’t have an umbrella so u can toast to dead unless u pay there’s other pool that closes at 10 pm but is very mediocre I bought pizza for $28 the most disgusting pizza I ever had like come on at least put some effort the steak was $59 a plate, my room was not clean plus I encounter a Karina when I was checking in I posted the pic, you will get bored there’s nothing else to do the Marriott has basketball courts, soccer, pool tables lost of amenities free breakfast so much things to do west gate has plenty of places to walk around volleyball courts all kinds I went here for the reviews but I’m not sure if those review are fake or what cuz it’s so not what I encounter
Couldn’t even see outside the windows were nasty also the floor had a lot of hair
She has to be the most disrespectful person I ever encounter at a resort she made me switch rooms more than once cuz my ac broke with no sympathy and she had the worse attitude and was super rude
The pizza was $28 and it was so sad like come on u guys can do better

Beautiful, clean, spacious, excellent staff, convenient theme park. Great overall 10 out of 10! The pictures online matches the facilities to a T and we didn’t need to leave the resort except for a Walmart run and occasionally offsite food options that met our preferences. Multiple Starbucks in both lobbies was a personal highlight for me every morning and the margarita buckets at the poolside bar was a great addition as a single mom to a young child at the water park. Definitely will be back again next year!

Terrible hotel design. Each wing is off of a parking garage and the hallways and elevators are gross, smelly, and leaking everywhere. The signs to get around are horrible! Stains in the lamp shades, LED gross lighting, and they had the waterpark closed for 3 days without any warning and only offered 2 days, not 3 off of the resort fee, which I has to fight for.

The property has been completely renovated. My apartment in particular had a couple of issues. The dishwasher didn't work, and the shower leaked water, soaking the entire floor. Although I reported the problems to reception, they only came on the last day to repair the dishwasher. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Terraces at the grove, Brand new property build for smaller parties. Our bedroom as beautiful had a view of nature and the pool. Everything was nice only thing I didn’t like was the smell in our bedroom, it was like a strong smell not sure if it was a moldy smell or what also there’s no restaurants you will have to walk to the main building but overall it was a nice stayed.
