Some units looked nice on recent reviews and resort marketing live streams. We were in a super run down unit. Things broken, floor cracked and chipped, dirty floors so I had to go and purchase a mop to clean myself. Blinds would not open and close. Waterpark-The splash are is NOT heated so our 4 year old who is just too short for slides could only do zero entry pool. This is not advertised correctly.

Hotel itself wasn’t too bad, a little run down looking. Nothing is included there, except swimming. Every single activity costs a ton extra. So be prepared to pay a ton more if you want to have more fun than just swimming alone. Which I found frustrating because this is not advertised. It’s not too bad of a drive from the parks though and it is nice that you get a full kitchen for the 2 bedroom.

They have to do better job, on house keeping. No housekeeping for 4 days, same blanket, towels and etc.

This is a mid level resort. It’s very affordable but they nickel and dime you a lot. The cleanliness and service to the rooms could definitely be better. The food at all restaurants is pretty bad and pricey. The condo itself was nice size which was the biggest perk. There was mold in the showers. The dryer didn’t work. When we called they said they’d send an engineer. They never did. The waterpark is nice- the lazy river is the highlight. The pools are advertised as heated but some were and some were not. So okay. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Not the worst ever but enough that didn’t go well where I wouldn’t stay again.
