The property was close proximity to Disney area as it's not far from 192. However, checking in was a little bit of a task. It took over 1hr to check in to this property due to not enough staff during peak hours. Couldn't check in before 4pm (Without being charged) arrived at approx. 5:30pm and in my opinion the check in process was way too long. As for the property, it is big. The parking garage was a plus, however if you have a lot of luggage, there were not many luggage carts easily available. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo which was very spacious and met our families needs. Regarding the amenities such as the water park, it does not open until 10am and if you are not there by 10-10:30 am most of the non-premium (free) seating i.e lounge chairs will be gone. This than forces you to purchase premium seating (pool side) at approx. $67 for two chairs/umbrella and cooler for the day. Cabanna's also available. Lazy river didn't have many floats available, there are two slides, and a splash pad. That's the extent of the water park outside of the pool. The drinks at the water part were ok, as was the food. Above avg pricing in my opinion, the staff was good but understaffed and seemed overwhelmed. Regarding the market located on site, they were having payment issues for 2 days straight, where all they accepted was cash. Overall 3 out of 5 stars

We have stayed at this resort for 3 years in a row but this will be our last time. The resort is convenient for location to Disney and is in a nice area of town. The outside grounds are kept well, and the resort does look nice. However, I feel like they are continuously trying to cut services while charging for more, and the service was not great. When we arrived, someone had gotten sick by the door in the parking garage (the door we had to use to enter to our room), and it took us telling them 3 times and 2 days for them to send someone to clean it up. The rooms are pretty run down, dishwasher etc. not maintained. They also do not send anyone to take your trash or bring you new towels. If you want more toilet paper you have to buy your own, which I would expect in an AIR B&B, but not in a "resort" that is charging me $50 a day in resort fees. Even the pool towels are provided upfront, and you have to wash them yourself. Parking is $30 a night to simply park yourself in a garage (not valet). There are no other self-parking options. Unfortunate to see the property go downhill in terms of service.

It is overpriced for what is offered. It was just mediocre to me. Nothing stood out to me that made it a cut above the rest of any other high end resorts. I was disappointed to say the least and I also booked to stay at the Grove and all of my itinerary says the Grove but once I got there was told I’m staying at the Terrace. That was false advertisement and very misleading. It also felt like a down grade to me as the Groves appeared to be a better property.

Great Resort, We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior view Room which was clean and very spacious 3410 had a good view of the lake on and quiet in the evenings. Close to disney and all Restaurants, Pools were great. Most pools were heated. Great for kids of all ages. Spring pool you could bring snacks, cooler your own drinks, Noticed one pool wasn’t heated but the others were in the spring pools area. Water park they do check your bag vaguely. All in all a great resort to stay off of disney and close to everything with an easy drive to disney parks ** We did have a small issue with our dryer, error code came up LF when we first tried to use it, I just googled it and it said lent filter may not be placed right so i took it out and put it back in and it worked fine all week**.

It was very dirty. Hair all over- dirty floors. No amenity’s. If you wasn’t more towels or clean towels you have to pay. Only offer one wash worth of laundry soap. You can purchase that and coffee downstairs because there is no coffee I. The room either. For a vip room it was very disappointing. We will never stay here again. Stayed for cheer because this where the team stays. Both times were not a good experience ! Rooms are dirty. Hair in bed. Dirty under left behind by previous guest. Items left in couch cushions and under table.

Entire experience from check in to check out was extremely disappointing. First, upon arrival I realized I had not updated our reservations to match our travel days, my fault, however rather than trying to accommodate they sent me away to find another hotel (at midnight). Once we checked in on day of reservation (after first day at Parks) we noticed shower curtains where in need of care and soap dispensers were either missing completely or empty and not all bathrooms had appropriate towels or mats. We called front desk to have them fill while we were out and enjoy our 2nd day of activities and instead of filling the need they left a bag of towels and shampoo, not soap on the table. We did incur a couple of staff members that were helpful but overall the staff were rude and not accommodating.

My room was fine except the bathroom sick handle was broken off took them two days to send someone to finally come to my room and fix cable the bed sheets were dirty and did not hav a fitted sheet on it so the mattress kept getting exposed water was speaking from the window . The shower wasn’t clean properly someone else’s hair was in the shower !

The waterpark is spectacular. The rooms are spacious. It's in the middle of no where and everything is far. The convenience is that it has a restaurant and store. I stayed in room 2535 and the sofa bed had crumbs underneath and some sort of bug that bite my arms and legs.

My family and i stayed at this resort 2 years ago ago we remember it being so much better than this last time we went . The beds were so uncomfortable we all complained about our backs hurting every morning. There was a little few issues but overall it wasn't to bad .
