What a wonderful resort for families and for leisure. It was stunning as you drive up to it and we had such a great time. We wish we would’ve stayed longer. The rooms are very spacious and pretty much everything you need is in there. The pools were excellent, and the area is great. Would highly recommend.

We arrived and the check in process was great. Next day we find out there’s a $50 a day cleaning fee if you want your room cleaned daily. Even after paying a $40 a day resort fee. $15 a day for clean towels, pool towels and taking out the trash. Everything closed early during the week. The bed made cracking noises anytime you moved. The mattress was horrible! You can feel the mattress springs. Arcade is small along with mini golf. Pictures online make it seem big. Not exciting at all. Mia is front desk was attitude & horrible. Hotel is not worth the stay. Was there for 5 days and hated every minute. Never staying there again.

Grove is an amazing resort. Staff especially is very very helpful here . It’s a huge property and very well managed. The pictures don’t justify the beauty of their apartments and surroundings, I think they need a reshoot . It looks better than pictures

Customer service is extremely poor. We did complain couple times about broken bathrooms rods but nobody's fix it. We asked about room service and they declined it. We requested for new towels but they told us to do laundry of towels instead giving us new ones

The 3 bedroom condo was great and clean. I wish that the shower pressure would have work correctly. It was like standing under a water hose that is clogged. There was no broom or mop to clean after the kiddos.The prices of food were extremely expensive in the restaurant, so we had to leave and go eat at restaurants and buy groceries. DO NOT BUY ALCOHOL IN THEIR MARKET..you will pay 10 times more than a liquor store. Be smart and bring your alcoholic beverages with you. Also the beverages are expensive in the restaurants too. Would I come back? Yes I definitely would come back to stay again.

This is my second time staying on property. The first time was cool, room was nice but This second time the room was hit for sure with a bunch of repairs needed like a bunch, called housekeeping for things and they never brought anything lol but I’m glad we weren’t ever at the room much anyway so it was aight, but the property it’s self is a cool experience. But it won’t be my first choice when looking for a water park resort in this area.

We stay back 2019 it was amazing and clean then we went back it was horrible and nasty we told them they did clean the sheets and towels but the mattress smell nasty room was not clean right and it was not only is there more people making complaints too the

Highly disappointed, especially with dropping a couple grand on this place! Dryer broken, bug in my bed, not cleaned well, dishes dirty, 2 rolls of tp for 5 people. Room has mold/mildew and so did a lot of the exterior. Swimming at the water park, we had lots of other people's hair on us and animal poop on some of the water park slide stairs for DAYS. Called front desk and they NEVER picked up. I would NEVER have booked this place, even if it was FREE if we had known this is how dirty it is!!! We booked here and drove 40-60 minutes to our venue instead of booking closer and going to theme parks. Big mistake.

Its to far from universal and seaworld. Traffic was so thick it takes forever to go to and from. Granted everything at hotel was cool but we kept getting lost and no good maps posted around to help guide you around.

Only stayed at the grove side of the property. Condos were nice with everything you need. Water park was awesome and the kids had a great time
