I have 2 children and myself - I would not recommend a bedroom with a single king bed for this scenario unless they are very young - sharing a bed with a 7 & 8 year old is tough. Only because I had visited before did I know about the impossiblility of getting chairs at the water park once its opemed - that should be communicated at check in or else I would argue the resort fee. Not nearly enough chairs to accommodate your guests and people have to toss their stuff on a sidewalk to go enjoy the pool. Lastly, you have employees who do not speak English interacting with your guests (pool/slide attendants.) 1) unless I knew this previously I thought they were being rude 2) what if a child is lost or injured, how could they help? Its a massive safety concern.

Great resort that had all the features we were looking for! The units were well equipped and comfortable, and the waterpark/pools were so much fun for our kids. Would definitely visit again!

I booked this hotel because I needed a condo style hotel and was going to do Disney parks. I was traveling with three Kids- 17, 6, 3 years old! Pros- There is a waterpark with a huge lagoon pool & lazy river my kids loved, but if you got there after it opened at 10am you would NOT get a chair. Go RIGHT at 10 am and you'll be fine. Same thing at the Spring pools, if you arrive at 9am there will not be any where to sit. They could use a bit more seating by pool. All in all my kids loved the pools an we had a good time there. The room was clean we had a 2 bedroom condo. Bring your own toiletries & antibacterial hand soap as they do not provide it. The washer and dryer were nice to have in the room. The property felt big upon arrival, but it was easy to navigate after and walkable. It is kinda in an isolated location and traffic getting to the hotel was pretty bad, but other than that it was fine. CHECKING IN-- if you are arriving on a Saturday or Sunday except a LONG check in like an hour. We arrived on a Thursday and it took about 20 minutes, so keep that in mind. Go to the grocery store and stock up, the market and breakfast buffet is very expensive for what you get-- especially if you have kids that will just eat cereal. I got free parking as an Expedia VIP member and two free drinks ($40 value) so all in all it was good trip. I would just like to see more chairs added by pool, lower prices for breakfast buffet and better noise control at night!

Pros: three bedroom was a good size, the pools were large and clean Cons: it was loud well past 10 every night, even in the middle of the night there was running and screaming up and down the hallway frequently waking us, the towels were scratchy, the toilet paper cheap and thin, the general state of most things starting to feel older and in need of updates, the water in the lazy river looked dirty the whole 10 days we were there, it was crowded even in March and I think the filter could not keep up Overall good experience, though next time we will try a different place. We came back for a second trip after 2 years and it was less nice than before.

We waited almost 2 hours for our room and finally when we entered the room, the housekeeping staff was present who could not communicate with us because she did not speak or understand English. The dishwasher was still running. We were also promised a room with a pool view but our building was facing another building.

Unfortunately my stay here was quite unpleasant. After traveling all day, and spending a lot of money on parking (unexpectedly) I was met with an unclean and poorly maintained condo unit. This was very disappointing and I was extremely uncomfortable with the unit’s conditions. Some of the unit’s poorly maintained/unclean spaces included the following: a broken fan with cobwebs attached to it, a dirty shower, a lot of chipped wooden furniture, a broken dishwasher, stained couches and more. When my concerns were brought to management, I was moved to another poorly maintained unit. The pictures and videos online are deceiving. Everything is very spaced out which was challenging for my family members who have difficulty walking long distances. I will not be booking here ever again.

Property is well maintained, clean, easy access to everythng. Unfortunately the outdoor spa/hot tub is always full of children, dirty. Wonderful water park, salt water and children's pool.

We arrived at 9:45 p.m. on our first night after a four-hour flight delay. Our kids were exhausted (they are 4 and 5), so it was well after bedtime. We waited over an hour to check-in. It was unacceptable. No one was around to help and there wasn't a luggage cart. There was no water accesible. Our room floors were so dirty. My kids feet were black from walking around the room every night. We would tub them and put pjs on and then go back and wash their feet again before bed. Thank goodness we brought our stroller. Our room was on the opposite side of the resort than the pools and arcade. We would walk back to our room for lunch (.5 mile). We appreciated it as active parents, but it was a lot for little legs. The pool chairs were "claimed" by 9:30 most mornings. They gave us extra towels but they were so thin & tiny! Perfect for our boys. We were in the pools with our kids so it wasn't as big of a deal since we were able to store our stuff in the stroller. We paid close to $250/night. This included ZERO amenities for the room. The oven was misaligned so didn't close. Maintenance (he was great!) came by the next morning to fix it. Our fridge filter needed to be replaced and water fountains around the resort were limited. There are pots and pans, plates, etc, but no oven mitts or kitchen towels. We ended up using a hand towel. The place felt cheap. The room looked nice, but it should be part of the package to come for a quick mop or vacuum when staying more than 2 nights. W
