The room was great. The dishwasher wasn't working but maintenance got it running quickly. The whole facility was enormous, and we got lost trying to find our room and the several restaurants. Perhaps you could make this aspect easier.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Grove Resort. From check in to check out, the staff was warm, friendly, and truly took great care of us. Everyone was patient and kind, and the whole place has a clean, relaxing, country club style atmosphere. Our room was beautiful and very spacious, with plenty of room for our family to spread out and be comfortable. The grounds and amenities were excellent and very well maintained. The on site water park and lazy river made the whole stay extra special and fun. We also loved the dining area by the pool. It was such a great spot to sit down and enjoy dinner without having to leave the property. The convenience store on site was a bit pricier than Walmart, but that is expected for convenience, and some items were actually the same price. The location was extremely close and convenient to both Disney and Universal, which made getting around easy. Overall, everything was clean, welcoming, and wonderful. We made great memories and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. We will definitely be coming back. The room was phenomenal and the view was absolutely breathtaking. All of the staff was incredibly kind. The pools were incredible. Me and my family really enjoyed the pond and the wall around it. The market was so nice to have. The coffee was amazing and all the food was excellent. The resort was so close to everything it made it so easy to travel to parks.

Room was a little banged up. Nice to have a big kitchen, great laundry inside units. Bring your own laundry soap and dishwasher soap. Bedrooms and bathrooms great size! Hours at waterpark/bar close way earlier than we expected- bummed we couldn’t hang out longer. All pool chairs around the main big pool at the waterpark are reserve only-all were empty. Food low quality for the high price, you’re better off going out to eat. Customer service is great everywhere, if you have any issues they take care of you. Make sure to bring your own swim towels. They provide a few little ones in your room but they charge if you lose them. They don’t have them at the pool. Only one hot tub at the other pool, it was always packed, never got to enjoy that. They had a Super Bowl party, that was awesome to have somewhere to watch with a bar and snacks we could order.

The room and overall "resort" was lacking. Resort is a very loose term. The room didn't have a mattress cover or fitted sheet, moldy smell in the hallway, our key bracelet didn't work, people were running around the hotel till 2am, trash bags in the hallways, and just overall neglect. The hallways and navigation of the hotel is terrible. It gives it an unsafe cold feeling.

When we got to the floor for the room. The hallway was lined with garbage and dirty lines in trash bags. Upon entering the room it was clearly not cleaned well or had not been used a very long time. The bathrooms were horrible and had plumbing issues. We were moved to another room, but it was pretty much the same. I have stayed here in the past and it didn’t look this way. Also no manager has reached out and I do have pictures. Very disappointing.
