The facility was run down. Poor housekeeping all around. Three different bugs. Thank you for the water bottles. Did not clean room at all during our 4 night stay and I had to go down to lobby to get new towels because when I gave the dirty ones to the housekeeping staff she couldn’t give me new ones while she was cleaning another room. The price was low. We weren’t there for the hotel but it was rough….

Terrible place to stay

Not a friendly staff when I'm trying to check in. Room has a rusted dirty microwave , desk lamp not working headboardlight non working and leaking tub faucet and slow drainage lavatory and we need to call it ,replace bulb of desklamp, and replace the microwave , dirty, needs to emphasize to clean it. Next day, woke up with a water from minifridge, i followed up frontdesk staff said the maintenance staff will come , we left the morning. Return still not done , until we check out .Nobody clean up or restocking towels or collecting garbage. Terrible place to stay, money not worth it , not staying with this place..

It was so noisy that it was difficult to sleep. The walls are very thin. The water was slow to drain from the sink and bathtub. The breakfast is limited to pastries.

Budget Friendly, Had Some Issues

We saw live roaches in our room upon entry. And dead ones under the bed after inspection and the sink did not drain well. We asked to be moved to a different room and eventually found roaches in that room as well (dead in the fridge and live in the bathroom). We loved the carpet free floors - heavenly - and it seemed like regular floor cleaning was occurring. However, there were areas where mopping didn't seem to occur, like corners around the bed and furniture. The bathroom backsplash and other horizontal surfaces of the bathroom wasn't wipe down and also had a sticky accumulation of dust. The breakfast was nice but the breakfast staff was not friendly to guests. Loved the unique furnishings in the room.

Will definitely stay again!

The hotel was really nice! The room was huge and very clean. Everything was modern. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

This is a budget hotel that's pretty good for the price paid. The room was a bit dated but clean. The breakfast was ok/passable. We were bothered by noise from the next room late into the night. The breakfast staff seemed very unmotivated; several times they cut in front of customers to grab coffee and juice for themselves. We probably won't stay here again.
