I really enjoyed my stay at Formosa Valley Resort. The house was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. I didn't give it the 5 stars only because of the pool being so small. I came when the weather was chilly at night and would rather it have been a hot tub from how small it is. Other than that, this was a beautiful house that I would definitely stay again in the future.

Large, safe and comfortable.

The house is incredibly comfortable and large-4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were a huge plus for our large crew. It was very clean and well appointed. With such a big group, I do wish we had some cleaning supplies so we could clean the house more during our 10 day stay. This would eliminate some extra wear on the house as well. The short broom should be replaced with a full size to make picky moms like me feel better about the space. The private pool is hot tub sized but there is another community pool available.

The theme house was super cute! We had plenty of room. Location is close to all parks. No coffee pot, but they got one for us. They were very quick to respind, and everything eas perfect

There was a few things like patio door unable to lock so the latch could be lifted if someone wanted in, the pool is only a splash pool, no iron board, carpets stained on stairs & the mattress wasn't great - mattress's here are usually so thick & comfortable!

The property had stained carpets throughout, the leather sofa was ripped in multiple areas, and the bedroom had broken furniture that was unusable as the drawers were broken. It did not have crockery and cutlery for the amount of people advertised. The pool was tiny and should be described as a hot tub. The headboard on one of the beds had a huge stain hidden by the pillow. There is no internal security lock inside the front door and only a keypad to access the property. There is no safety deposit box and we were told to put valuables in our suitcases. The pool was dirty when we arrived and was cleaned but we realised the guttering over flowed into the pool when it rained. When we complained we were told it was all average wear and tear and it was to be expected? Very disappointed with the customer service offered by the property and the lack of ability to rectify the issues. This property is definitely not a 9.5-star rating! The only plus side it in a great location and it is quiet.

My children and I enjoyed our stay. This place is close to everything. The property managers responds within minutes for any inquires. You can also reach someone by phone at any hour. The home was very clean with everything you need! I would definitely recommend!

What can I say.. The first property I have ever booked that looked exactly like the pictures. the property was clean, pool was clean, the beds was comfortable, the kitchen had all modern day appliances, dishes was clean.. the host Maria responded almost right away I remarked maybe she has her computer or phone in her hands just waiting lol. I will definitely stay at this property again. the house accommodated everyone in my party of 8. No complaints.
