Welcome to our beautiful villa situated in Veranda Palms, only 3 minutes away from West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. Our home boasts stunning scenery, tranquil surroundings, and a breathtaking lake view. Veranda Palms is ideal for a family vacation. It is located right next to a nature reserve, with excellent trails and beautiful scenery. There are several supermarkets about 5 minutes away, which include Sam's Club, Publix and Target etc... A good meal can be enjoyed at one of the many restaurants that are in the same area. Veranda Palms is also ideally located for attractions and activities. By car you can reach Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Epcot, Universal Studios and much more in 15-20 minutes. By driving 1.5 hours to St.Petersburg, you can experience the most amazing beaches Florida has to offer, and in Tampa you can also find Busch Gardens. Kennedy Space Center is about 1 hour drive from the villa, our home has many modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay.

The villa has also been professionally decorated to give an executive feel throughout. With two floors, 8 bedrooms and 7 baths, your family will be able to enjoy spending time together, but also obtain privacy when needed. . The living room: The villa has an open living room and kitchen. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa.The living room is delicately decorated, and allows for quality time. Free WI-FI and cable are available for our guests as well Kitchen: Here you will find all modern appliances, stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher and a large double fridge with freezer and ice maker. You will also find coffee maker, blender, mixer, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and all kitchen utensils so you can make your own dinner. Complete tableware for 16 people, and much more. Dining table with 6 chairs, light design, and 3 bar stools where you can enjoy a good meal or morning coffee.

Pool: After long hours in parks and shopping centers, it is wonderful to come back to your own private South East facing pool area. As you aren’t overlooked in the back, you can thoroughly enjoy dining al fresco or drinks by the pool side. Here you can relax in the sun on one of the 4 loungers, or take a refreshing swim in the lovely pool. The villa is equipped with extra large pool area. The terrace is partially covered so you can pull into the shade during the hottest parts of the day. The pool is surrounded by netting to protect against bugs and UV rays. Pool area features: -lake view -4 loungers -pool heat is available at an additional cost.

Motor vehicles / trailers / heavy objects are prohibited in this garage.

The garage floor in this property has been painted and sealed . It’s sole purpose is for guests to use it for a games room only.

Additionally, please do not park in front of fire hydrants. It will be necessary for emergency personnel to have access to this in the event of an emergency. Vehicles blocking fire hydrants are at high risk of being towed, at your expense.

Amazing house for a great family vacation

This was a super easy house to book. The property manager communicated well and answered all my questions. House was amazing and exactly as promised. Kids loved pool and house was super spacious. Will definitely book again when in Florida!!

Nice property but needed a few things

I stayed at this home for 4 days with 14 other women in my family. We had a great time. We had a few issues not enough towels for everyone. Only a few pots and pans but we managed. I called the property manager for a couple issues with the air conditioning and the heat for the jacuzzi but got no return call. Other than those few issues we enjoyed ourselves.

PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE !!! S

The house itself is spacious and nice enough . Plenty of room for 16 people for sure . But we did wipe the counters day one and they were absolutely filthy . And if you have a large party you better rent you a 16 person van ! There’s 2 parking spots . That’s it . And yes the listing states this but it’s absurd. Even if it were a primary residence parking would be a HIGE problem . parking

Very Spacious!

This house was very big and had alot of room for all of us. Would have liked to have a few more kitchenware(cheese grater, big sauce pan, potato peeler). The bedding could have been cleaner, they either had stains or needed to be washed. I know the pillow cases weren't washed as they had stains on them in several rooms. Beds were comfortable enough to sleep on but were very loud with each movement. Listing states that every room had basic cable which we did not have available. Only the livingroom had cable. None of the rooms tvs worked. Wifi was ok dont expect high speed connections. The pool is awsome, just wished we had more time to enjoy it. Game room was nice to have also. Check in was very easy with the kep pad entry. Would recommend to large or multi family guest. Would stay again.

Large Home, Nice Pool, but Just Okay...

Pros: -Location of this house is in a safe gated community with easy access to shopping and Old Town Kissimmee just a short drive away. -Nice pool area with heat and plenty of seating. Kids lived in the pool everyday and it is great with full sun most of the day. -Kitchen had a good stock of cooking and dishes. The addition of a high chair and pack & play was great. The house also had a sufficient amount of towels -Garage games were a great addition for extra entertainment -The accommodations for beds worked great for our family since we had a full age range. Nice to have a house that doesn't pack the rooms with bunk beds and actually has king and queen beds. Cons: -This house needs a really good thorough cleaning and update(paint). Obviously, this is a rental home that is frequently booked, but it is in dire need of a good deep clean-baseboards, cupboards, walls, floors, etc. -A couple of the bathrooms along with the kitchen had numerous ants crawling in the sinks, vanities, tubs and countertops. -Fridge might be on its last leg as we had a really hard time keeping food and drinks cold (not overpacked & on the coldest setting). We purchased coolers and ice for all beverages to keep them cold. -There are TVs in every bedroom, but couldn't get any of them to work with cable or streaming. The TV in the main living room did work. Overall, this house did work for our family vacation, but would greatly benefit from a good deep cleaning and some minor physical updates.

Great Location

The house was the very nice although there were some issues. The water never got warm in the spa area, the coffee pot did not work, not enough silverware for us to eat with. We purchased our own coffee pot and silverware. Glad we bought our own wash clothes, there were none in the 2 of the bathrooms. Overall, we had a good time because it was the first time that our whole family were together under one roof enjoying Christmas together. We plan to do it again next year, not sure where yet.
