The first room tv didn't work. 2nd room ceiling peeling..it took 2 days before cleaning staff came by..we left a day early loud could hear thru walls..skipped breakfast went once not worth it..

Handicapped King room was very small, and didn't even have grab bars by the toilet - TV Didn't work, staff couldn't fix it - We didn't stay second night because of conditions, I was promised a refund for the unused night, but they are failing to follow through thus forcing me to look into doing a chargeback - Avoid this place, as there are MANY much better options in the same or cheaper price range

Horrible, not hot water 1 day and then no water in the shower at all the next day. Bed was very uncomfortable and linins had stains. Manager acted.like it was no big deal and was nothing she would do to compensate me.

Because I have an interesting schedule and travel to Orlando to work 3 1/2 days a week at various nightclub venues in town, I choose to stay at this establishment. One, because it is an easy proximity of the Florida Turnpike and the front desk staff are friendly and amazing. The GM is fabulous, as well. They are always accommodating and put me in my chosen handicap room with the large shower and seat. It is on the first floor and is very convenient when I wake up in the morning and sample what they have at their breakfast buffet from 6:30 to 9:30 AM. I have enjoyed every time I have stayed at this hotel. It is very affordable and the price I get through Expedia makes it even better. They do have weekly and monthly rates, but I can’t pass up this fabulous furnished room for rent about 12 minutes away from venues I DJ on a weekly basis. I have usually three good days off in a week so anytime my friends are family would visit I highly will recommend the Garnet Inn and suites.
