The hotel was clean. The staff were very nice. But there were some people in and around the hotel that made me a bit uncomfortable when our flight came in later than expected. Other than that everything was good. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

We bought Disney tickets in the lobby, went to use them minutes later and were told they were improperly registered! We lost 2 hours of Disney time at the help counter at Disney. We they called the hotel to speak with the seller he responded “ there is nothing I can do” ! Buy your tickets at the park!
