Strong sales process at checkin, glass on the room floor, housekeeping entered the room prior to check in without knocking, food in microwave and freezer, seemed to be short staffed at bell hop and no towels at the pool.

The person that checked us in gave us the wrong room which other guests were all ready checked into. I had a car full of screaming kids and was not happy I had to go back to fix the issue. The staff didn’t even seem concerned that I walked Into another into filled with strangers. Also be ready to try and get roped into a 90 Min seminar which I also didn’t appreciate since I had tired hungry children in the car waiting for me.

Hurt body

The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on my body and my fiancé.Body is sore after that stay on that mattress
