The property is beautiful for the price for the fun pass. It doesn’t really include much. The only companies I have was about my room. The garbage disposal was clogged and kept overflowing. There was looks like debris behind the TV with a lot of dust. It looks like they didn’t clean the room very well, cause it was still rubber bands from the previous people Other than that it was good.

I do not write reviews often, especially bad ones or complain, but this by far was the worst place I have stayed! The only positive and kind employee there was the lady that does hair braiding and beads at her stand by the pool at River Island. Other than that Please don’t waste your money, it is not an all inclusive resort. An off the highway motel had better service and amenities. I requested a king bed room as I was there with my 6yr old daughter on vacation. They gave me a two full bed room. I asked about possible upgrade and the young lady at the desk looked at me and said that costs more money and I need to be happy with what I got! When we finally went into our room. It was clean, somewhat updated, smell of mold/ humid was terrible. Upon checking the bathroom out, the tub was dirty, had stains, the drawers had hair in them, paint was peeling, the kitchen amenities were dated, for $700 I was expecting better. At booking I paid $40 per person per day extra for breakfast included package. When we got to the hotel they said they don’t offer that but we get $30 per day food credit per room, not per person. Another red flag that I looked past for the sake of giving my daughter a vacation we were promised by their website. There is not enough room to write everything that went wrong but I’m a single mom that saved and pinched for a vacation that got conned out of so much money from this resort. I felt so degraded, bullied, and pressured by the staff. Horrible experience!

Everything was excellent with our stay. The only issue we had was the parking with the 2 bedroom villas didn’t have reserved parking for each unit. Parking was first come first serve and that wasn’t mentioned when we booked.

Check in was the worse! It was very slow, a total of about 2 hours. Even though our stay was pre-paid, I had to have the physical card, which I did not have. That caused so much confusion. We had 2 small children who were cranky and excited to do things after a long drive. Before registration was over we were hounded about booking a 90 minute tour of the property. Once we finally made it to our room, it was a drive from the registration building, our keys did not work. They had given us a number to text in case we had any troubles. Well, they never answered the text so we had to drive back to the registration building to get it handled. This took another 1/2 hour. The food at the main pool was at precooked/ frozen and over priced. The room was fabulous! And the price was reasonable. The 5 yr old locked her necklace in the room safe. So I text the number and sprisingly they responded and sent someone to open it.

Since check in was a horrible experience, give us the wrong key the wrong village number and then when we finally got it right we unpacked set ourself in the bathrooms didn’t work they told us they can do the work charge the whole toilet with us there I ask to change village after 1 hour waiting outside the cat finally they give us a new village. Not one care not one apologize was the worse costumer service ever

We love staying here it is our third time. Our room is a great size. The property is large and although they have a shuttle, I feel you must have a car to stay here. There are plenty of restaurants near the property. The pool staff is excellent and we really enjoyed bingo by the pool. We ate at the restaurant by the pool and it was very good. The only negative is the check in which requires a stop at the time share department to get your parking pass. We checked in at around 7:30pm on a Friday. Both check in and "talking" to the the time share people took 2 hours.
